From a private square, which can be used as a car park, you can access the elegant and well-kept Mediterranean garden that leads to the villa.
On the ground floor there is a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower (usable as a fourth bedroom) which overlooks a terrace with large "bisuoli" (brick seats) covered by a cool reed roof.
On the same level there is a laundry room,
a kitchen in typical Aeolian style (hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer) embellished with the ancient original wood-burning oven and a large covered dining area.
Followed by a fresh double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms with high ceilings with wooden beams, each with an internal bathroom and large shower, open onto a splendid terrace overlooking the islands of Lipari, Vulcano and the north coast of Sicily, from which, on days clearer, you can admire the suggestive profile of Etna in the distance.
All rooms, equipped with private bathroom, allow independent access from the large terraces.
The rooms are furnished with simple elegance.
The town center, where you will find bars, supermarket, restaurants and post office is just 5 minutes away on foot. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car/scooter, it is Rinella beach, the only one with sand mixed with pebbles on the island.
Rinella is also the second port of disembarkation for ships and hydrofoils on the island. Here you can rent a boat or book an excursion to the seven Aeolian Islands.
