Detached villa located about 200 mt. from the sea, the house is located in the center of Costa Rei brooms. E 'consists of a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds that can be matrimonialei, a new bathroom, washing machine, cooking corner with dishwasher, living room, veranda with table and chairs, large garden, barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water . parking (NOT PRIVATE) is 50 meters from the Villa. You can park in the nearest road to the sea. This villa can accommodate one or two families and given the proximity to the commercial and services is also suitable for those who do not have a car. Villa

Die Villa an sich ist optisch ansprechend und der Weg zum Strand entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Privatsphäre ist gewährleistet und die zuständige Person vor Ort war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider gab es auch negative Punkte. Die Villa liegt an der Hauptstrasse und somit konnte man deutlich den Strassenverkehr hören. Die Adresse der Villa war falsch, zudem fehlten uns allgemeine Kontaktdaten des Vermieters. Der Meeresblick ist unzureichend. W-Lan ist kostenpflichtig und die Verbindung ist schlecht. Grundsätzlich stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für diesen Preis dürfte man mehr erwarten.

The accommodation is great but the location is not ideal

We had a fabulous, very relaxing two weeks here. We love the area and the local people, including those who manage the property, were all very friendly and helpful. When we booked the villa our primary objective was to be as close to the beach as possible. At just 200 metres away this looked ideal. Unfortunately we could not get an exact address until literally a week or so before we left UK and so were not aware that it sits on the main road in and out of Costa Rei. Given we spent a lot of time at the beach this was not the end of the world but all of the time spent at the property, in that lovely garden, was spoilt by the constant traffic noise just over the hedge. The inside of the property is good and there are all the comforts of home. It would be good to have a guide on how to operate things (e.g. where to turn on the gas - outside and inside the property, how to operate the oven etc). The team who manage the property are very helpful and can tell you all this but one does not want to be on the phone all holiday asking trivial questions. This type of "welcome pack/guide" is standard in other places. I hope this review does not put people off Costa Rei. We plan to go back at some point but we will be looking for something to the East of the road and at least two rows of property nearer to the beach.
