Large vacation home "A l'Orée des Vignes"

Our large vacation home in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, accessible to people with reduced mobility, can accommodate up to 9 people. Completely renovated, with an area of 175 m2 on 10 acres of land, on 3 levels, we wanted it spacious, bright ... and colorful.
For a vacation or a weekend, to discover the region or simply to rest, to let yourself live, to enjoy, our gite with high quality services is made for you.

This charming house of 175 m2 can accommodate up to 10 people and classified 4* offers:

In the basement:
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all cleaning and ironing equipment.
- a garage for 1 large car or 2 small cars.
- storage for bicycles.

On the 1st level :
- a large entrance hall.
- a large living room open on a fully equipped kitchen.
- a veranda adjoining the kitchen with tables and armchairs. You can have your meals there, while enjoying the view on the vineyard and the hills.
- a living room with a large corner sofa and a giant screen TV.
- a bedroom with a double bed 160/200, with private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet). It is designed for people with reduced mobility.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.

On the 2nd level :
- a room with 1 double bed 160/200 and 1 sofa bed for 1 person, with private bathroom (shower, basin, towel dryer and toilet).
- a room with 2 single beds 90/200 that can be joined together.
- a room with 1 double bed 160/200 and 1 bench bed in wrought iron 90/200, with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet).
- a bathroom with balneo bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.

Rare feature: an elevator serves the house from the basement to the 2nd level.

Closed garage for 2 cars, as well as 2 private places in front of the house.

For your comfort, the beds are made at your arrival and the household linen is provided.

Good en suites.Great kitchen and dining area for all.Very well equipped kitchenIt is helpful to have some French for communication with the owner, who is delightful.Very beautiful area, vineyards close (the local Cave Cooperative is very good, selling excellent Grand Cru wine, among others, at a great price) A variety of other attractions easily available.

Ein wunderbares Haus am Fuß der Weinberge. Modern eingerichtet mit viel Platz. Wir waren mit 10 Personen da (davon 6 Kinder) und hatten genug Platz uns auszubreiten. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten und teils neuwertigem Zustand. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Es gibt viele interessante Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit Freunden!

Wir haben mit Freunden ein paar Tage in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe modernisiert und hochwertig ausgebaut. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und wir hatten viele Ausflugsziele, die wir entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto erreichen konnten. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Unsere Zeit in L'Orée des Vignes war toll. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern Emmanuel und Christelle begrüsst und haben noch wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung erhalten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles prima, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons visité les superbes villages alentours, Colmar, le Haut Koenigsburg et le propriétaire nous a fait visiter ses vignes. Il nous a également fait découvrir les spécialités culinaires de la région en nous faisant un repas au gîte.

Vacances entre motards

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances entre amis motards. Nous avons découvert un gîte très bien situé, près de Colmar et au départ de plusieurs sorties sur les cols vosgiens. Nous étions au calme, le propriétaire et sa femme nous ont fait découvrir leur travail dans les vignes puis une dégustation de certains cépages. Les couchages étaient au top et que dire de l'électroménager qui était de très bonne qualité et ultra moderne. Je le conseille vivement

Très belle maison, spacieuse, très prore (neuve), moderne, très confortable et au calme.

La maison a été entièrement restaurée avec beaucoup de goût, très spacieuse avec tout le confort (4 salle de bains, plusieurs WC, climatisation). Très confortable (avec de grandes pièces) et un équipement de qualité à tout les niveaux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire et très bien épaulé aussi pendant le séjour.

Wir (4Pärchen, 50+) haben uns in dem top renovierten, modernen, super schönem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier wurde Altes erhalten und mit Neuem ergänzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Eiswürfel-Macher, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeevollautomat, Weinkühlschrank etc. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sprechen deutsch :-) Die Lage ist sehr schön für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Einziges kleines Manko: fussläufig gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants. Der nächste Supermarkt ist aber nur ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wir empfehlen dieses schöne Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!

Le gîte est grand, propre, et aménagé avec goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Le propriétaire est adorable et se rend disponible et flexible. Tout notre séjour fût un plaisir. Attention personnes à mobilité réduite : Le gite est sur trois étages, accessibles uniquement par ascenseur, lequel est petit et ne peut accueillir qu'un fauteuil roulant manuel SANS cales pieds. À prendre en considération.

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. In der Küche war alles zu finden, von Kaffebohnen, Salz, Zucker über Sparschälern, scharfen Messern bis zum gefilterten Trinkwasserhahn. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist Blitze blank sauber.
