The big house is located on the ground floor on the outskirts on Vodnjan.
Kitchen, dinner room and living room are one shared space with TV, satellite and the whole house has Wi-Fi free. The comfortable 180 m² is for six peoples.
The roofed terrace of around 35 m² has a barbecue, a large table with eight chairs.
The house is surrounded by greenery. The house has its own private covered car park and about 3000m² of green and olive groves.
The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a large, open living and dining room with an open kitchen. From the dining room, a large hallway leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms and fitness room.
The large bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. A cot can be added if required. This room has a TV with satellite channels.
One of the front bedrooms has two single beds.
The next bedroom has a double beds. All the bedrooms provide sufficient cupboard space for your things.
The double beds measure 180 x 200 cm, and second double bed mesaure 160*200 cm and the single beds 90 x 200 cm.
The main bathroom is modern and light and provides a bath, shower and washing machine. It is near the bedrooms. The kitchen provides all the necessary modern appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a larder.
The dining room has a large, round, wooden table with six chairs and the kitchen table has two chairs.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, a Cd player, a well-stocked library, games (Nintendo Wii) and games for children.
The fitness room has a home trainer, treadmill, fitness equipment with weights and a step machine. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, the living room and the fitness room, but the cool air also reaches the bedrooms. The bedroom has a second air conditioning for sleeping area.

The terrace is equipped to provide the possibility of dining in the fresh air. Morning drinking coffee with the sound of crickets and the bird will be the right tune for the ears. The house is surrounded by greenery. The house is surrounded by a stone wall and aboutm² of land with 100 olive trees and provides the perfect place to relax.
The house has enough parking space for at least four cars. ( two cars has covered parking).
Nearby (within 100 m) is located a family restaurant where we can taste delicates (smoked ham, bacon, pork loin, sausage and cheese, and excellent extra virgin olive oil and top Istrian wines).
By appointment can be arranged a breakfast. The house is located about 3 km from the sea (Peroj) or Fažane and Brioni 4 km. The closest store is 0.5 m, the same are the gas station and cafe. Luka Pula Airport is 15 km away.

You can sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market. The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town squares. 0,5 km away by car there is a local Supermarket and Bar. The center of Vodnjan is reachable by foot (10 min.). 5 min away by car is Fažana, 7 min Peroj, 15min. Barbariga with their beautiful beaches. From Fažana, you can catch a 10 min boat ride Fazana to the beautiful Brijuni islands national park with animals running freely all arThere's also a highly acclaimed open air theatre 'ulysses' on the Brijuni islands. We would recommend guests have a car. To reach us, the easiest way is to take the "y" highway and get down at Vodnjan "nord" Then just follow the road until you get to the Fažana crossing. After that just look for a sign that says "sancija Buršić-Pršutarna" and you should find us. Nearby are all the facilities like shops, restaurants, tourist services, post office, and pharmacy.
