Schmutziges Haus

Das Haus war leider sehr abgewohnt, Schimmel in Zimmerecken, Haare von Vormieter in Dusche und Zahnputzbecher, eine Dusche funktionierte nicht, in der anderen Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Überall an der Zimmerdecke Blutreste von Schnaken, Schiebetür zur Terrasse ließ sich praktisch nicht öffnen. Tor in der Einfahrt war ebenfalls kaputt. Umgebung: viele Baustellen und direkt ein Strommast am Garten. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohlgefühlt- hier stimmt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Positiv ist zu vermerken, dass der Vermieter auf Fragen und Beschwerden prompt reagiert hat, aber an der Sache ( Dusche etc. ) an sich, ließ sich nichts ändern.

Superschöner Urlaub

Sehr schön und entspannend. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und superfreundlich. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super groß und wurde regelmäßig vom Gastgeber gereinigt und der Ph-Wert wurde überprüft. Der Gastgeber war nicht lästig oder kontrollierend, im Gegenteil, er hatte sich vorher angekündigt um sich dann um den Garten zu kümmern, was in wenigen Minuten erledigt war, und eben notwendig ist. Wir haben uns nebenbei immer sehr nett unterhalten. Es ist alles da, was man braucht um den Urlaub perfekt zu Verbringen. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 4 Teenager und 2 Hunde. Die Lage ist super ruhig und trotzdem sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit wenigen Autominuten nach Pula zu erreichen. Wir haben auch einen Geburtstag gefeiert und es gab deswegen keinen Stress. Es gab auch keine Beschwerden, wenn die Kinder laut waren, die Hunde bellten und die Musik mal lauter aufgedreht wurde. Wir hatten 14 Tage lang einen richtig schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden immer wieder sehr gerne diese Villa buchen. Vielen Dank

Gute Lage, tolles Haus, freundlicher Vermieter

Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, immer sehr schnelle Antworten. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Auch die Aufteilung und Ausstattung war für unsere 6-köpfige Patchwork-Familie optimal. Alles bestens und gerne wieder.

Nette/prachtige woning + hygiëne ontbreekt

Het huis en de faciliteiten zijn prachtig. Alles heel mooi voor mekaar. Aan hygiëne ontbrak het een en ander; schimmel tussen het servies, bekers en pannen, vogelpoep op de handdoeken, dode muggen op de muur, lekte roest uit het wasrek. Ook ontbrak het een en ander; wc rol houders, badmatjes, gas fles leeg, WiFi niet overal bereik. Alles gecommuniceerd met de host, maar stond niet heel erg voor de feedback open. Heerlijke verblijf gehad en nogmaals een prachtig huis.
