Overview

The breathtaking Villa Charno is set in the mountains of Ayia Marina; a short 15-minute drive from Polis. This beautiful unspoiled area is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy, and extends outside through the large concertina patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace; overlooking the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and luscious countryside.

Villa Charno is a 4-bedroom luxury villa set in perfectly landscaped gardens with unspoiled mountain and sea views, with 270° views from every point in the villa; including the spectacular roof terrace. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort.

Through the paved pathway in the marvelous landscaped gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ and picnic area; perfect for an evening meal under the stars. There is also a large lawn area and pool table; ideal for children.

Living Area

The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy; a perfect retreat from the Cyprus sun. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a 40″ LED TV with UKTV, as well as books, games, and a Playstation for the children.

The large concertina patio doors allow the living area to be merged with the shaded outdoor terrace; another place to relax and unwind.

There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen contains an American-style fridge/freezer, water cooler, six-burner hob with a separate grill/oven, and microwave; complete with breakfast bar.

There is an adjoining utility room complete with a washing machine.

From the kitchen, there are two patio doors that take you outside to the garden and outdoor area; perfect for eating breakfast in the tranquil surroundings.

The front of the property has perfectly landscaped gardens and lawn areas; ideal for children to play on. On the pathway through the picturesque gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ & picnic area.

Upstairs on the roof terrace, you will find a deluxe ratan sofa-set ideal for soaking in the incredible scenery, sun, and fantastic views.
