About this property
Eco house right on the South Downs Way
A rare opportunity to stay in a unique, architect designed Eco house right on the South Downs Way with a wild flower garden and views across the Downs. Walking distance to the beautiful village of Buriton with it's famous pond, church and friendly pub.
Endless walking and mountain biking from the front door or just relax in our swing chair with a cuppa and admire the view.
So much to do from the attractions of QE Park (walking distance), glorious Goodwood to the stunning Witterings beaches.
The space
Our eco home is a house to gently live with rather than in. We have a ground source heat pump, a rammed South Downs earth chalk wall, a living roof, rain water collection tank and windows, doors and insulation all designed to keep energy consumption low.
Our wild flower garden is designed to attract bees, insects and wildlife.
We hope you enjoy this special, quiet corner of the South Downs National Park.
Guest access
Guests can access all the house and garden. We ask guests do not access the mezzanine floor area in bedroom two and behind the wall in the garden as both are storage areas.
Please do not leave young children unattended in bedroom 2 as the stairs are steep.
