Summary:
Beautifully light two bedroom house sleeping five. Great location in Kemptown village with independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, along with a short stroll to the seafront. An easy, relaxed walk to the east will take you to Brighton marina, and a stroll along the promenade- to Brighton Pier to the west. An allocated parking space on site for one car is a real find in the city!

Spacious integrated black kitchen with electric oven and grill, electric four ring hob, microwave, washer dryer, and under counter fridge with small freezer compartment.

Dining area

Split level dining area in its own raised intimate space. There is a wooden table to seat four.

Living area

A great area to hang out and relax with its two comfortable, roomy sofas, and the high vaulted ceilings flooding in ample light. You may not even need to turn on the TV whilst you enjoy the feel of this space. There is also a desk for remote working or taking some creative time out.
