This immaculate detached town house sleeping up to five guests is entered through the welcoming hallway from where you will find a stylish sitting room with a cosy multi-fuel stove, complemented by a bay window overlooking the south facing garden; a dining room also featuring a multi-fuel stove; and a bespoke well-equipped kitchen with granite work tops and a large free-standing larder unit. Light floods the feature staircase leading to the first floor, home to the three tastefully decorated bedrooms; the master, king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room; a generous double bedroom; and a single bedroom.The family bathroom boasts a free-standing bath with overhead shower.

Outside can be enjoyed from both the front and rear of the property. The front garden enjoys a pleasing outlook towards the town and is perfect for relaxing in the sun, having a mid-morning cuppa before venturing out for the day. Whilst the rear, accessed through the ground floor hallway, is an ideal enclosed space for casual dining around the comfortable garden dining table seating six guests.
