Barn Acre is positioned in the stunning village of Carlton, situated four miles from the popular market town of Leyburn. The property has two good sized double bedrooms, a modern, stylish kitchen and characterful living area with open fire. The modern bathroom has a walk in shower and the property benefits from under floor heating.

Picture perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Barn Acre. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. We cooked, we played games by the fire, we slept soundly. We left wanting to return to this lovely house in "God's own country". The Dales are spectacular in Spring - so beautiful, so green (and muddy!) and little lambs everywhere.

Lovely little Barn in Coverdale

Lovely week in Barn Acre Comfortable well equipped accommodation in a pretty village with a good pub. Great location for exploring all The Dales

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage. Everything was just perfect. The area is spectacular, the home just wonderful! I highly recommend a visit to this cottage.
