About this property

4 Star Tastefully Renovated, Spacious Barn Conversion, Sleeps 2, Dog Friendly

Coachman’s loft is a delightfully spacious first floor conversion of a stone barn dating back over 250 years, situated off the main street in the heart of West Witton in the lee of Penhill. It is a Visit England 4 Star Property which comprises a double bedroom with a king size bed, a living area including a kitchen and dining area, and a shower room. Parking is on the adjacent quiet road off the main street. The property is dog friendly.

The Barn is located within the owners’ property which is entered from the well-kept cottage style garden and patio area. Guests are welcome to use the garden, seating and the Summer House which is heated and has lighting. There is also space for a summer evening barbeque. Tastefully renovated the barn conversion offers outstanding accommodation with high quality furnishings and “home from home” facilities. The property is heated throughout by thermostatically controlled modern electric heaters.
The entrance door leads to a hall/lobby area for coats and muddy boots and the accommodation is accessed by wooden and stone stairs. The cosy open plan living area features a sitting area, dining area, a breakfast bar and a well equipped kitchen. Across the landing past the shower room and toilet is the large double bedroom.
