Secluded Luxury Villa, Casa Del Pinar
Private Luxury villa built in a Moorish style on a 1000 m2 plot. The villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by pine trees and green belt land. The village centre is only a short stroll away, about an eight minute walk. South facing out door secluded swimming pool and barbecue area. There is an out door toilet and shower situated conveniently next to the pool area. Six sun loungers with cushions.
Outside seating for six on the terrace overlooking the pool area with views over the pine trees out to the Mar Menor in the distance.
The villa is well equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, UK Freesat Tv (50inch Smart TV), internet, dishwasher, outside laundry room. Large Well equipped, modern kitchen, with doors opening onto a kitchen terrace, perfect for enjoying your outdoor breakfast and coffee. Large double doors open out from the lounge on to a terrace overlooking the pool, with views over the countryside, out to the sea in the distance.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of storage space..
Please note preferred change over day Saturday, but may be flexible.
We do not allow multiple families, parties or social gatherings at the villa.
There is a fourth bedroom(not shown in photos) that is not accessible to guests.
