We had a great stay on the whole. There was plenty of space for all 25 of us. The dinning area and kitchen were huge and allowed plenty of space for food prep and cooking. There was a good amount of parking for 7-8 cars. It was peaceful and quiet with good links to Lyme Regis, charmouth and sidmouth and a bus stop outside. The only thing we struggled with was temperature regulation and water pressure. Also it didn’t look like there was a bbq on the listing, but when we got there there was one. All round a good base for lots of people and a couple of dogs.
