Pippin is an outstanding holiday home resting in walking distance of the village of Charmouth in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 2 cars. Wooden veranda, small front lawned area, small gravelled seating area with barbecue and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The property is accessed by a narrow archway and unmade track which is uneven in places. The archway measures H 2.2m x W 2.5m x D 6.2m so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: If you wish any of the bedrooms to be made up as twin please let us know at the time of booking. Note: There is a sofa bed in the snug which can be made up as additional sleeping for 2 people so please let us know at the time of booking. Note: Logs for the wood burning stove are not supplied.
