The holiday home is introduced by a spacious porch with table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner. It opens into a large living room with dining area, double sofa bed, open kitchen, air conditioning, tv.
The sleeping area consists of 2 triple bedrooms with
double bed and French-sized bed, one with air conditioning and the
other with ceiling fans. In the outdoor area at the back, there is the
access to the full bathroom.
The stairs lead to the terrace,
which is large and furnished with beach beds, porch swings, a big table
and wood-burning oven used as barbecue, sofas, storage room with hob
and covered outdoor shower.

on the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna, near Manduria. The holiday home
is 500 meters away from the beaches, characterized by clear blue sea and
sandy beaches.
Moreover, it is a short drive away from the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci, a beautiful oasis by a free beach with Mediterranean scrub.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
