Independent villa with two large verandas, parking, eight beds up to a maximum of nine. It is located about two hundred meters from the sea and 300 meters from the center of Campomarino. It is equipped with bikes, 3 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, outdoor and indoor shower, barbecue, TV, washing machine and large fully functional kitchen.
It has an area of about 180sqm plus two verandas altogether of about 200sqm with chairs and tables. It can accommodate a maximum of 9 people and has the following rooms: a large bedroom with two double beds with the possibility of making them singles, bedroom with adjacent bathroom, annex with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Una bellissima esperienza a Campomarino

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana. Mare cristallino e spiagge bellissime e facilmente raggiungibili. Casa comoda con due belle verande. Il proprietario, Mario, è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci .

schöne Ferien

Le vacanze sono state fantastiche e Mario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Per qualsiasi domanda era sempre disponibile. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve. La sera mi è piaciuto molto bere qualcosa con lui al suo bar. Mario ti ringrazio molto per avermi fatto trascorrere due settimane nella tua casa. Saluti Dominik Die Ferien waren super und Mario war sehr nett und zuvor kommend. Falls man Fragen hatte, war er immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Am Abend genosse ich es sehr, mit ihm an seiner Bar was zu trinken. Mario vielen Dank, dass ich in deinem Haus die zwei Wochen genissen durfte. Gruss Dominik

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 3 Wochen mit 4 Kindern im schön ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus von Mario. Mario und seine Frau begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und pünktlich mit kühlen Getränken und einer großen Kiste mit Obst und Gemüse am Ferienhaus auch für das erste Abendessen im Haus war, mit Nudeln und passierten Tomaten, gesorgt. Mario sowie seine Frau waren stets zur Verfügung, sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Das Haus ( keine 180 qm :) ) war sehr sauber, innen und außen frisch gestrichen und neu möbliert. Die Villa war mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher sowie einen Toaster gab es nicht, jedoch einen neuen Backofen, der für uns ausreichend war. Die Wasserversorgung läuft über den hauseigenen Brunnen = KEIN Trinkwasser Außerdem besitzt das Ferienhaus 3 sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen = 1x in der Wohnküche, 1x in einem der inneren Schlafzimmer sowie 1x im Außenschlafzimmer. Alle Schalfzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, alle Fenster mit Moskitonetzen. Die beiden überdachten Terassen sind wunderbar groß, könnten jedoch besser und bequemer bestuhlt sein, leider passt die Stuhlhöhe nicht zum Tisch. Den Naturstrand erreicht man in nur 8 Gehminuten, das Wasser ist sauber und glasklar. Den Ort Campomarino in 20 Gehminuten oder 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ( Werkzeug mitbringen). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Tutto come descritto

La proprietà è situata in una stradina di campagna che rende le serate trascorse sotto l'immenso porticato a dir poco fantastiche. Allo stesso tempo però le spiagge di mare cristallino sono a circa 300/350 metri percorribili in modo molto soft. Per quanto riguarda la casa è molto spaziosa ed è fornita di ogni confort. Mario (il proprietario) è un ragazzo molto disponibile e in caso di problemi risolve tutto all'istante. Fidatevi dei suoi consigli e la vostra vacanza sarà splendida.

Toll sind riesiger Kühlschrank, famose Klima-Anlahe und sehr sachgerechte Bäder sowie die Terassen

Ungehörig ist dass der Vermieter nicht zur Wohnungsünergabe kommt, das Anwesen nur mit Hilfe von einem Dolmetcher gefunden werden kann, da der zugang zur genannten Adresse durch ein Tor verschlossen ist und nur über einen Umweg (Feldweg) das Objekt erreicht werden kann. Reist man mit mehr als einem Partner an, ist das "gemeinsame" Wohnen dadurch erschwert, dass die Schlafzimmer hintereinander angeordnert sind....

Davvero una bellissima vacanza. Casa fantastica, grande e munita di tutto ciò che può servire. Vicina al mare(300m) e al centro di Campomarino ( 1,5 km circa) noi ci siamo spostati a piedi ovunque ... Il proprietario, Mario, davvero una bellissima persona La consiglio a tutti

Casa perfetta per le vacanze. Ampia, spaziosa, pulita, con un porticato bellissimo e arieggiato.

Che dire? Vacanza super. Da ripetere. Posto strepitoso. Mare incredibile a 200 m. Da casa. Non solo: Mario, il proprietario, è una persona che vale la pena di conoscere per cortesia, simpatia, gentilezza e cordialità. Estremamente premuroso e disponibile. Ha un chiosco nel centro di Campomarino, il Laos, in cui fanno cocktail da urlo. Consigliatissimo!!! Voto 10 a 360 gradi!!!!

vacanze in famiglia agosto 2017

Ad agosto abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura in due famiglie con 5 bambini. Distanza dal mare ideale (300 m circa a piedi su strada sterrata senza auto) per potersi muovere con bambini. Peraltro, il tratto di spiaggia raggiungibile direttamente dalla stradina interna è tra i migliori di tutta quella parte di litorale, specie per i bimbi, perché privo di scogli. La casa è risultata funzionale per le esigenze di due famiglie. Ottima la soluzione di doccia aggiuntiva esterna (oltre ai due bagni interni). Visto che la dependance esterna con letto matrimoniale è priva di aria condizionata, stante il caldo eccessivo del periodo abbiamo tutti pernottato all'interno della casa aggiungendo un lettino campeggio per bimbo e la soluzione è risultata comunque fattibile. In ogni caso sarebbe secondo noi opportuno aggiungere l'aria condizionata anche nella stanza esterna. In generale, dopo il nostro soggiorno di una settimana, riteniamo che la struttura risulti molto funzionale per famiglie con bambini. Ringraziamo Mario, il padrone di casa, per l'ottima ospitalità e grande disponibilità che ci ha dimostrato!

Elegante combinazione per un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno.

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni presso Campomarino, la soluzione scelta per trascorrere le nostre vacanze e' stata ottimale. La casa comodissima, spaziosa, pulitissima e ben arredata. Mario, il proprietario, una persona brillante, piacevole, eclettica e sempre disponibilissimo. L'abitazione si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, 7 minuti dal centro del paese e 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge meravigliose che solo la Puglia e' in grado di regalare. Suggerisco e consiglio vivamente questa abitazione al fine di poter realizzare una vacanza al TOP!!!

La casa è proprio come descritta. Perfetta per due famiglie. Spazi più che comodi.

Comodo al centro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera bellissima e soprattutto non affollata. Mare trasparente e vista dalle dune mozzafiato. Proprietario simpatico e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.

Villa e proprietario impeccabili!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa nelle prime settimane di luglio e siamo rimasti molto contenti per la villa spaziosa, comoda e molto vicina al bel mare maruggese. Il proprietario della casa è stato fin da subito gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci quotidianamente le migliori spiagge e locali della zona. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare a Villa Franca!
