Beautiful villa near Torre Ovo, 800 meters from the sea.

Our new construction is available for you! The property has a total area of 1000 m2. The living area is over 100 m2. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms at your disposal. A large living area with open kitchen as the center of the property. An absolute highlight are the 2 verandas on both sides of the house. The entire property is fenced and has an alarm system. It was built according to Swiss standards. It also has air conditioning and underfloor heating. All windows and doors (also entrance door and veranda door) are equipped with professional insect screens. There is also a garage for your car on the property. An outside shower is also available. You have 4 bicycles at your disposal free of charge. If you do not arrive by car, there is always the possibility of a pick-up and drop-off service at Brindisi airport (50 euros/trip). A car is also available on request, this can be rented for 18 euros a day (including insurance etc.).
The property is fully equipped, also the kitchen (with dishwasher). If you feel like doing some laundry, a washing machine is also available.
The sea is about 800 meters from the house and can be easily reached on foot, by bike (free of charge) or by car.
The sea of Torre Ovo and surroundings is one of the most beautiful in Puglia, secluded beaches, dunes and the colors of the Caribbean Sea make it unique and are perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility.
The house is located near Torre Ovo in a very quiet and peaceful area on the Ionian coast of Salento, surrounded by the vineyards of Primitivo wine and among the beautiful old olive trees.
We (my husband and I) speak German, English, French and Italian. We lived in Switzerland for almost 40 years and returned to this beautiful region 15 years ago. We know this region like the back of our hand. Our property is directly 50 meters next to yours. My husband and I are at your disposal for all your needs. On request we will inform you about the most beautiful sights, recommend you the most beautiful beaches and make suggestions where to go shopping or where to eat very well in the region.
Nearby are Marina di Lizzano (5 km), Campomarino (8 km), San Pietro in Bevagna (18 km), Torre Colimena (25 km), Punta Prosciutto (27 km), Porto Cesareo (34 km). Thus, the position is ideal to visit the various sights of Puglia without neglecting the splendid Ionian Sea.
In less than an hour you can reach the main sights of Puglia such as Lecce (70 km), Grottaglie (29 km), Ostuni (54 km), Martina Franca (50 km), Locorotondo (64 km), Ceglie (53 km), Cisternino (58 km), Alberobello (73 km), Gallipoli (68 km) and an hour and a half from Otranto (105 km), Torre dell'Orso (from 95 km), Leuca (112 km) , Castro (106 km), Matera (108 km) and Polignano a Mare (97 km).

Nice way to explore Puglia

A modern house with all equipment you need. you can enjoy a privacy. Anna is a kind person and helped us a lot. Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful time in Monacizzo. Nice beach is about 10 min by walk. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Oktober in Torre Ovo (Italien). Das Apartment war außerordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass keinerlei Wünsche offenblieben. Besonders familienfreundlich gestaltet, mit hellem, geräumigem Raumangebot und praktischen Details, die den Aufenthalt mit Kindern angenehm machen. Durch die Nebensaison waren die Städte Lecce, Gallipoli und Umgebung ruhig und entspannt, ideal zum Erkunden ohne Menschenmassen. Absolut empfehlenswert für eine erholsame, gut durchdachte Familienreise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit!

Einmalig und GrossartigAnna und Fernando sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Das Meer ist wundervoll welches fast um die Ecke ist. Dankbar haben wir die zur Verfügung stehenden Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle benutzt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und top ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Genügend Platz, Spielzeug für die Kinder und man ist abseits vom ganzen Rummel für sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Und hoffentlich auf ein ander Mal .

Unterkunft für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Apulien

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub in Apulien. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir für den Urlaub benötigen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir mit den bereit gestellten Fahrrädern in wenigen Minuten am Strand waren. Gastgeberin Anna hat uns freundlich empfangen, war bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich herzlich von uns verabschiedet. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Schöne, geräumige Villa mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern, großer Wohnküche und zwei Bädern. Alles gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Dazu eine große Terasse und ein großer Garten. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin erstklassig (Vermieterin hat uns sogar mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt). Unterkunft und Umgebung (Strand, Ortschaften) können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.

Tolle Villa mm it tollen Gastbebern

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen im Ferienhaus von Anna und Fernando. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht und wenn etwas fehlt, besorgen es Anna und Fernando. Das Haus ist groß, schön eingerichtet und hat eine prima Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten am Meer und wenn man die bereit gestellten Fahrrad nimmt, benötigt man etwas länger. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind eine Wucht und in kleineren Supermärkten rund um Monacizzo erhält man alles was man braucht. Anna und Fernando sind wunderbare Vermieter und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Auch unser 3. Aufenthalt im Hause von Anna und Fernando war bestens. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen. Das Internet ist auch top! Auch die erhaltenen Annehmlichkeiten waren grossartig! Die Privatsphäre ist jederzeit gegeben, und bei Fragen kommt eine Antwort postwendend. Gemütliches Haus bei herzlichen Gastgebern

Die Gastgeber haben uns pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheissen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super. Wir haben alle 4 Fahrräder benutzt und waren damit innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Strand. Für die Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle waren wir dankbar. Für die Kinder hat es Spielsachen und Strandspielsachen, ein Babybett, einen Rausfallschutz für Kinder, einen Kleinkinderstuhl. Alle unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von der grossen Dachterasse sieht man das Meer und die Umgebung. Am Abend kann man von da aus perfekt den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Wir wurden über die Olivenernte informiert und durften dabei zusehen. Einen grossen Dank an Anna und Fernando. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch sehr genossen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit toller „Betreuung“ der Eigentümer

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Man muss nur sich selbst dort hinbringen und den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Eigentümer Anna und Fernando stehen einem immer zur Seite, wenn man Rat oder Hilfe benötigt. So haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Dort fahren wir bestimmt noch einmal hin. Besonders die Feigen zur Begrüßung waren schon mehr als wir erwartet haben. Manchmal gab es auch noch etwas anderes leckeres zu Speisen. Wir haben es genossen! Danke für die so gute Bewirtung!

Familienurlaub

Ruhige Lage, besser man hat ein Auto (wir sind mit dem Auto angereist) Naturstrand, sehr sauberes Wasser. Kaum Touristen, wenn dann nur Italiener. Im nächsten Ort ein super Fischgeschäft, wo man auch essen kann. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.

Perfekt in Apulien

Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter und ruhiger Lage. Alles war blitzblank und es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts. Von Gastgeberin Anna wurden wir herzlich und supersymphatisch betreut. Bei Bedarf war sie immer erreichbar und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Selbst Anfang Dezember war das Wetter traumhaft und ausreichend warm. Wir können Apulien nur empfehlen und waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in Süditalien und bei Anna. Liebe Grüße aus dem verschneiten Schwarzwald

Wunderschöne Herbstferien 30.09. - 14.10.22

Von Anna und Fernando wurden wir während unserer 2 Ferienwochen bestens empfangen, freundlich begleitet und verabschiedet. Sie wohnen 2 Minuten entfernt und sind immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Danke fürs Olivenöl, Kaki, Grantaäpfel und Trauben! Das neue Haus mit Sandsteinquadern gebaut hat es uns sehr angetan. Eine wunderbare Wohnatmosphäre. Alles sehr sauber, grosszügige Schlafräume und Essküche, eine grosse Dusche. Mehere Male haben wir frischen Fisch von Märkten selbst zubereitet und genossen. TV in separatem Raum mit allen für Deutsche relevanten Programmen. Ruhige Lage. Man ist im Haus und im Garten für sich, was wir sehr genossen haben. Direkte Nachbarn gibt es keine. Küche bestens ausgerüstet. W-Lan funktionierte perfekt. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Südapulien gut erreicht und uns u.a. beim wunderbaren Markt in Martina Franca frische Lebensmittel besorgt. Zum Baden haben wir die Punta Prosciutta schätzen gelernt. Kristallklares und im Oktober immer noch angenehm warmes Wasser und ausschliesslich feiner Sand ohne Steine! Es war bereits Nachsaison, weshalb es am Strand ruhig und gemütlich war. Herlichen Dank nochmals unseren Vermietern. Das Ferienhaus empfehlen wir wärmstens. Für diesen Mietpreis haben wir noch nichts vergleichbares für Ferien gehabt! Thomas und Christine Wittkowski

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Anna. La maison est moderne et très bien équipée avec une grande cuisine et de grandes chambres. La literie est très confortable et la climatisation est appréciable. Anna est une hôte très accueillante qui nous a apporté toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour avec toujours beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons également apprécié la région des Pouilles où ou nous avons pu mixer des visites de villages et lieux typiques avec de belles plages.
