A glorious House so close to the beach

What an adorable house, with all amenities, comfortable, lots of outside space, very very clean, and the welcome from Enzo and his lovely wife was special. The beach is only a 4 minute walk from the house and what a spectacular beach it is, the sea is so clear and blue, beautiful. We probably came a little too early in the season as there were few restaurants open and very few people about, however, we had long walks daily and swam when weather permitted. We had a few issues with utilities however Enzo and his brother in law Rosario came to the rescue. The roads are not very good and internet is patchy to say the least, however it did not impact on a restful break. Would highly recommend providing you do not have to be in touch with work.

Ce fut un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison tout près de la mer avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’accueil d’Enzo et de sa famille est très chaleureux et très appréciable. Des petites attentions déposées, des cadeaux de bienvenue vraiment rien à dire. La maison était très très propre. L’hôte disponible. De plus, notre petite chienne à été la bienvenue. Idéalement située pour visiter les pouilles et profiter d’une plage et de baignades chaque jour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d'Enzo et Mimmo qui nous ont accueillis eux-mêmes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La villa est très belle, très agréable, au calme, à 3mn à pieds d'une plage magnifique.

Erholung pur in der Nähe zum Meer

Wir hatten Anfang Oktober 2023 bei schönstem Sommerwetter einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus mit großzügigen Räumen in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Auf den 3 Terrassen hatte man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten, je nach Bedarf. Und vom Dach aus dann auch den Blick aufs Meer. Das kristallklare Wasser am wunderschönen Sandstrand von Maruggio war in wenigen Metern zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Enzo und Antonietta haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und Enzo war bei Fragen stets sofort erreichbar. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Enzo und Antonietta für eine wunderschöne Zeit Maria und Rupert H.

Ferienhaus /Lage

Wir waren im September 16-29 hier Die Besitzer Enzo und seine Frau Corine sind unglaublich nette und freundliche Vermieter Das Haus hat allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann Küche ist herrlich groß und die Terrasse lädt immer zu Essen oder Relaxen ein. Das Haus war nicht nur sehr schön, sondern super sauber Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Weg zum herrlichen traumhaften Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser nur ca 80 Meter vom Haus entfernt ist. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, den wir in dem tollen Relax Haus Mirante verbracht haben Vielen Dank dafür Petra, Reiner und Susanne Viel Spaß allen andern Gästen

Splendida settimana di settembre

Tutto semplicemente corrispondente (e forse anche di più) a quanto riportato nell'annuncio. La casa è pulita, ordinata e con tutto quanto possa essere utile a che ci soggiorna. Dal Phone, alle biciclette, la cucina ottimamente attrezzata, ombrellone, spiaggette, aria condizionata, barbecue, TV ecc. ecc. I proprietari cortesi, riservati, precisi e puntuali. I nostri complimenti a Enzo e Mimmo. Non affittano solo un appartamento, ma sono attenti ad ogni più piccola esigenza o confort possa essere utile. Una vera particolare attenzione al cliente. La posizione ottima. A 100 metri si raggiunge forse la più bella spiaggia della zona. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Grazie di tutto. Elena, Orietta, Claudio e Alessandro

Villa Mirante

La villa si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochissima distanza da un mare cristallino. Io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari, sempre pronti ad intervenire in caso di bisogno. Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno.

Consigliatissimo!!

Posso solo dire cose molto positive sulla proprietà, sul proprietario e sulla posizione. La casa si trova in una stradina a 80mt dal mare e non un mare qualsiasi ma la litoranea salentina, uno dei miei posti preferiti in assoluto. La spiaggia che si trova alla fine della proprietà è stupenda, mai troppo affollata (neanche durante settimana di ferragosto)! La casa è luminosa, spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata (non cosí scontato!). La cucina è ben fornita e funzionale, il bagno è spazioso considerando la media, la camera matrimoniale è molto grande e la camera con due letti singoli (che si possono unire per fare un matrimoniale se necessario) è più piccola ma ha una carinissima cabina armadio. Il piccolo giardinetto è ben illuminato e cenare sotto la veranda alla sera è molto suggestivo. Il proprietario è una bravissima persona, attenta alle esigenze del cliente e sempre disponibile. Grazie Enzo per aver reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile! Federica ( e Mimmo, Roberto, Liliana e il nostro amico a quattro zampe Enrico)!
