An elegant private villa just 100m from the beautiful coastline of Kalamaki, Chania. Set on the upper level of the Lusol Seafront Villas complex, Villa II combines spacious interiors, beautiful sea views, and refined outdoor living. Indoor Facilities
Lusol Seafront Villa II is a spacious 220 sqm three-level residence with a private pool, thoughtfully designed for families and groups of friends. Its contemporary interiors, generous living spaces, elegant details, and abundant natural light create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa. The main living level is bright and inviting, centred around a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Comfortable sofas and a 65'' Satellite Smart TV create a relaxed atmosphere, while large openings lead directly onto the pool terrace and frame beautiful views of the Cretan Sea. The fully equipped kitchen combines modern appliances with a practical layout, while the dining area comfortably seats eight guests, making the space ideal for relaxed breakfasts and long dinners with family and friends.

Two bedrooms are located on this level, both enjoying direct access to the pool terrace and sea views. The first features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request, together with an en suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the outdoor area. This flexible arrangement makes it particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together.

The upper level provides two further bedrooms, offering additional privacy and beautiful sea views. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony, which becomes a wonderful place to unwind outdoors. Furnished with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs, and a table, the balcony offers a peaceful setting to enjoy the sea views. An additional 9th guest can be accommodated upon request and at an extra cost on a camp bed in the fourth bedroom.

The lower level transforms the villa into an entertaining retreat. A dedicated playroom features a pool table, 75'' Smart Satellite TV, PlayStation, and board games, offering plenty of options for relaxed evenings and family entertainment. A separate gym area is equipped with a multifunctional gym machine, stationary bicycle, back extension machine, and dumbbells, allowing guests to stay active throughout their holiday. A laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board completes the practical facilities of the residence.

Outdoor Facilities
The private outdoor area provides a natural extension of the villa's living spaces, centred around a 26 sqm swimming pool. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, creating an inviting space for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing throughout the day. The outdoor living area offers a comfortable setting for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the coastal surroundings. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, the gas barbecue and dining area provide the perfect setting for relaxed meals with family and friends. An outdoor shower is available for added convenience. Lastly, the villa offers street parking.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0,50€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Lusol Seafront Villa II is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Lusol Seafront Villa I is located on the lower level of the complex while Lusol Seafront Villa II is on the upper level.
