About this property
Meads Haven - tranquil holiday hideaway
Set in a peaceful residential estate in the upmarket Meads village area of Eastbourne, this beautifully-presented terraced home is a fabulous holiday bolthole.
Meads Haven sleeps up to four across two bedrooms - one kingsize, one twin.
This charming, cosy holiday home has a relaxing lounge with sofa, armchair and TV, plus a separate dining kitchen with access to a lovely stepped garden.
Immediately outside is a patio area, complete with outdoor dining set, and then steps lead up two further levels where you can soak up different views or escape for a peaceful read.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table seats up to six.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over. WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels). No pets are permitted.
This property has a Saturday changeover in peak season, although flexible arrival dates may be possible out of season or last minute.
It is very a short stroll to the shops, bars, cafes and pubs of Meads village and the foot of the glorious South Downs. Eastbourne centre is also within walking distance with a wider array of eateries, the Beacon shopping centre, various theatres, the Towner Art Gallery and a multiscreen cinema.

About the host
Hosted by Carl & Sarah Stanger at Exclusively Eastbourne
Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.
