This frequently published special holiday home fully supports group get-togethers. This property is ideally suited for all those who like plenty of space. The property is suitable for 24 persons with a maximum of 34 persons. The garden on top of the mountain offers a unique view of the meandering Lesse and its flanking wildly wooded mountains. Every hour of the day, this landscape sparkles to the benefit of this panoramic view that belongs to the private garden. A 'garden' that flows seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. This property is ideally suited for families, and friends but also for companies that appreciate an informal gathering. The property is located amidst the most connected forest in Europe. In the immediate vicinity at walking distance, you have the rivers Almache, and Marche and the magnificent upper reaches of the Lesse and tributary mountain rivers. Also, the book village of Redu and its many terraces, not forgetting the Euro Space Center and especially in all directions Ardennes forest with deeply incised valleys where walking nonstop delivers the best of nature. Supermarkets can be found at 7 km. Everything in this property was designed to the scale of a larger group: Living (XXXL White space), dining room (with mega-table), oversized open kitchen (where you can all cook and have aperitifs together), a private village square between its own buildings (with terraces under the plane trees surrounding the fountain) the outdoor kitchen in an open stable where a fireplace and wide-open table keep the group entertained in all weathers, and in particular the Ardennes panoramic view over the whole of the Upper Lesse that can be enjoyed with a single glance like nowhere else here, well this is all there as an effective gift to the group. Being in the Ardennes was designed in multiple ways. Not only inside the authentic farmhouse and its trendy converted stables but also outside, several places were created where being in the real Ardennes can take place. There is a parking space for 12 cars at the property. If more cars are provided, parking should be provided near the church (400m). House rules: It is explicitly not allowed to cause a nuisance to the surrounding area. The property is suitable for 24 persons with a maximum of 34 persons. The maximum number of 34 persons may not be exceeded (even temporarily) by inviting guests during the day, for example. For reasons of tranquillity, this property will not be rented to groups of young people unless an intimate gathering is guaranteed. The property has its own audio system which is adjusted to an objective loudness level that cannot be exceeded. Bringing your own speakers and amplifiers is therefore strictly forbidden (besides unnecessary). This installation linked to a 2-meter-wide HD+ screen is also suitable for lectures and courses. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, etc. in this house is prohibited
