There are stairs in the property and there are is no child-proofing so any guests with toddlers/small children must be very careful.

You'll have the whole house to yourselves

We operate a lock-box system, giving you greater flexibility with your check-in times and allowing you to enjoy your stay without interruption.

The is a quiet, residential area. We recommend taking a cheap taxi ride into the city centre.

We recommend using Delta Taxis. They have a huge fleet of cabs and are very good value for money. Hackney cabs and buses are also available to flag down

The house is close to the M62. Located only 15 mins away from city centre by taxi or bus. McDonald's and other amenities are a short 5 mins walk away, the city of Liverpool also just a short 20 minute walk or 5 min bus ride away.

Parking is on road - plenty of space available
Check in is from 3pm

The key box is located on the wall of the house, to the left of the bay window, the code will be sent to you on the day of your check-in.

It's a standard masterlock keybox, put the code in and pull the black tab down, pull box open and the key will be inside. We advise that you leave the key in the key box when anyone leaves so people can come and go and let themselves in. Also means it's less likely to be lost! So make sure you let everyone know the code. Always scramble the code when it's closed.

House alarm code will also be sent to you on the day of your checkin - please ensure this is set when you leave the property and that all guests are aware of the code. Really easy to use - just pop the code in when you come and go. If the code doesn't work, you just need to X out of it and it will then work. If the alarm starts to "click", please press X a few times.

There are house rules in the house with some other information.

Please be extremely careful with the keys - please leave them in the key box to avoid them being lost as we won't be able to get you back in the property until 10am the next morning!!

Heating is via the boiler directly. Please ensure that the heating is off/down when you go out or leave.

Best taxi firm to use is Delta taxis, they're a local private hire company although we do also have Uber.

No smoking inside the house, but outside is OK. Please dispose of butts etc in the bins.

Please ensure that you keep noise down after 11pm as the house is in a residential area.

When you leave, please lock all windows and doors, turn the heating off/down and ensure the house is secure at all times when the property is empty.

Parking is on road. Just find a spot and stick to it really!

You have everything you need for the duration of your stay to cook and a washing machine to clean the linen, but we can arrange for additional professional cleans at an additional charge.
