Finca for 8 guests with pool and barbecue, YourHouse Son Punta

Featuring a private pool, garden and spacious terrace, this amazing rural house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for families.



The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by fields and 4 km from the village of Felanitx where you can do your grocery shopping and find many restaurants. A 25 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches Cala Murada, Cala Domingos and Cala Antena. The golf course Vall D’Or is 15 km from the house while the Monastery of San Salvador is 11 km away. A car is necessary.



This natural stone villa has amazing exteriors including a 200 m2 sized terrace and a private, 15 x 3.5 metres pool, a barbecue area, pizza oven and a furnished porch where you will be able to enjoy great al fresco dining. You may enjoy sunbathing on one of the sun loungers or the Balinese bed.



The cozy interiors welcome you with a dining area where the whole family can sita round the table. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher, amongst many other items. The living area includes a cozy sofá and a fireplace and there’s a second living room for our guests.



You may rest in 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 of them on the first floor (two with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed) and one on the ground floor with double bed and access to the terrace. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, 3 with shower and one with a bathtub.



The house counts with a washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, Wifi, satellite channels, vacuum cleaner and iron.



To consider:



Groups with age under 26 years are not allowed, except families with children.



The holding of events or parties like weddings, birthday celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc. is strictly forbidden.



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.



The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
