Wonderful penthouse a few steps from the sea in El Medano. Spacious, bright and with several terraces where you can have breakfast or rest after a day at the beach. With capacity for 4 people, distributed in 2 bedrooms, it is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi Fiber Internet, elevator and communal pool. With a quick connection to the highway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably, this house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.
With a careful decoration, this house is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, with 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and desk, and the other with two single beds. With a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, two beautiful terraces overlooking the sea, a hammock and outdoor furniture where you can have breakfast, lunch and relax and Wifi Fiber Internet, designed for teleworking.
With the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife and with all the amenities such as elevator, private parking and communal pool in the residential complex in which it is located. It is also very well located, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the highway.
The house has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, a nice living room, several outdoor spaces for exclusive use where sunbathing or breakfast, hairdryer, iron, sheets and shower towels, crib and highchair, elevator, private parking, wireless Internet and communal pool.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
