It is located on the seafront promenade of Cadiz, in Playa de la Victoria, considered one of the best beaches in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants. The flat has 70m2, is located on a 4th floor with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen size bed and the other has two single beds. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer, separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend fabulous days with your loved ones and great direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade. Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía). This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and opens with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! We really enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. The apartment is directly in the beach and has a tapas bar and a gelato stand at the front door.
It was approximately 10 minutes to the old town which we visited both days we were there.
The stadium is just 2 blocks away and we saw a Cadiz/Barcelona futbol match.
The apartment itself is comfortable but tight for 4.
However, if you are hanging out in the apartment you are missing out!

Muy buena acogida y trato personal
El apartamento muy correcto con una ubicación frente al mar estupenda.
El trato de la agencia Cadiz Rental perfecto ( Sandra y Rosa)
La limpieza muy bien
Faltan tetera y jarro de agua. Cuchillos que corten bien
Dar un plano del parquing o señalar en un color la plaza parquing y la entrada del parquing al edificio en el mismo color

Relax y desconexion
La ubicación de cara al mar y tener garaje son un plus. El apartamento es precioso y con todo lujo de detalles. El columpio en el salón para pasar las horas admirando el paisaje relajadamente es una ideaza. El vencidario muy amable y silencioso.
Por cuestiones de gusto personal yo pondría una cafetera italiana. Había de cápsulas pero como digo por gusto personal. Por lo demás ni un pero.

El piso esta en una buena zona, Si quieres un poco mas de acción debes caminar unos 10-15 al area de los hoteles. El apartamento es sencillo bonito, tiene las cosas básicas, la comunicación con el personal fue buena, estuvieron atentos y trataron de resolver, pero eso no quito la mala experiencia… cuando llegamos al piso y abrimos unos de los grifos el apartamento se impregnó de olor a cloaca, era tanto así que pensábamos que el agua estaba saliendo sucia, pero no, era el desagüe. Al parecer ese edif según la explicación del personal es normal, y que ellos hacen una limpieza regular para tratar de evitar eso, bueno, para mi no es normal, y si eso pasa con frecuencia deben aumentar la cantidad de veces que limpian los desagües. En el cuarto de nuestros hijos no hubo inconveniente pero cuando fuimos a acostarnos en la cama de la hab principal había un olor a orine fatal! Nos comunicamos con el personal y esa noche tuvimos que dormir mi esposa y yo en el sofá. El personal de limpieza no había cambiado el forro del colchón (no era impermeable), y tenía orine, comida y arena. Al siguiente día nos dijeron que limpiarían la cama, pero el que tiene hijos y le pasa un accidente como estos, sabe que el olor no se quitará con tan solo una limpiada, puedes esconder el olor con detergentes pero el olor iba a volver, y volvió. La tercera noche tuvimos que volver a dormir en el sofa. 2 noches durmiendo incomodos y solo una noche dicen reembolsaran a pesar de todas las incomodidades.Muy mal!

Estancia excelente para pasar un puente en Cádiz
Todo. Limpieza, distribución, comodidad, ubicación. Muy buena comunicación con anfitrión
Alojamiento increible en frente Del Mar. La vista es increible y podemos disfrutar del mar al quedarse en el piso. No habia ruidos asi que se podia descansar sin problema. La calidad de las camas y del piso era perfecta y tambien habia detergente para lavar las ropas y una maquina para sequearla. En Lo que refiere al parking, no se podia apercar en el edificio del piso pero habia un parking publico a 5mn andando con muchos sitios para apercar. (Approximativement 20euros/dia). El piso esta lejos del centro historico andando pero con un coche esta bien. Al final, teniamos que hacer un checkin y dar varias info via una application que no funcciono bien y teniamos que firmar un contrato antes de tener el derecho de entrar en el piso, lo que puede constituir un rollo cuando queremos viajar sin dolores de cabeza.
