4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.
5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.
6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.
12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.
13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Generally clean; passé design, minimal and perfunctory decor. Mandatory 75 cleaning fee attached at check-in; thinnest bed pillows I’ve ever seen; no soap or other toiletries in shower, no tissues. Three sinks (including kitchen), none of which close securely to allow safe cleaning and insertion/removal of daily-use contact lenses. We would look elsewhere when returning to Luxembourg.

Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Man konnte keine Spülmschine mit dem vorhandenen Geschirr füllen. Die Töpfe waren kaputt und nicht gut abgewaschen. Die Weingläser waren alle angeschlagen. Die Küche war ungemütlich. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war unzureichend. Die Wohnung war viel zu teuer für die gebotene Ausstattung. Es gab kein Handspülmittel, keinen Waschlappen für die Küche, es war einfach nicht gut ausgestattet. Gereingt war es auch nur oberflächlich. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen.
Vorsicht! Zuviel abgebuchtes Geld wird nicht zurück erstattet! Vermittler Arca Properties kommuniziert nur per Mail und auf Englisch. Der Vermittler verlangt von allem Fotos oder ein screenshot. Die Wohnung ist gross und bis auf den Fluglärm ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist schlecht!
