Can't praise this cottage enough.

Can't praise this cottage enough. For us it was perfect! It's a little TARDIS as it looks small but is actually quite a spacious place. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Location is so quiet with only the beautiful cows, sheep and birds for neighbours and yet just a short 10 minute walk to the local Pitlessie Inn for food and drink. The track to the property is rough in parts but nothing a regular car couldn't manage and Cupar just 10 minutes down the road for all your shop and restaurant requirements. We chose this property due to its proximity to Dundee where our daughter lives and it was ideal, just a 30+ minute drive. It's our intention to return, if you'll have us!

This is a great place to stay for a lovely peaceful break.

This is a great place to stay for a lovely peaceful break. Up a rutted farm road but drivable with care and easy to find. So quiet and great views from windows. Spotted a little deer in the field. Very dark at night - great for looking at stars. The cottage is spacious and has a modern large bathroom and kitchen. Loads of hot water and very cosy. Good WiFi .You have to drive to Cupar to get food shopping but it's not far. Central Fife, so good base for travelling about different places. Would definitely go back in future.

Absolutely great place.

Absolutely great place. We had cows and sheep right by the house it was amazing! We got some lovely biscuits, fresh eggs and milk for our welcome pack. We had an immense amount of privacy the entire stay. Everything worked great in the house. Very peaceful. We have been to a LOT of these places so we are always happy when we find a place we love! We will be returning.
