Villa Marlia is built over two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bathroom is shared. All bedrooms are bright and comfortable, each with a TV, and the villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. The open-plan kitchen and living room create a welcoming space for meals and relaxation, with direct access to the outdoor area and private swimming pool.



Outside, the villa features a private pool surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the Cretan sun. A dedicated outdoor dining area is ideal for alfresco meals or evening drinks, while the expansive terrace offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

Mesonisia, situated near a Natura 2000 plateau, is a peaceful village ideal for exploring both northern and southern beaches of Crete. The southern beaches, including Preveli, Damnoni, Ammoudi, and Plakias, are approximately 30–40 km away and offer crystal-clear waters, sunbeds, umbrellas, and small beach taverns.



The village itself is quiet, but nearby Gerakari (2 km) provides two taverns, a small supermarket, and an ATM. Spili (12.5 km, about 20 minutes by car) is the largest nearby village, offering a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, banks, a post office, a health center, and a police station.



Nearby attractions include Spiliou Monastery, Patsou Gorge, Arkadi Monastery, Kourtaliotiko Gorge, Fortezza Fortress, and the Armenian Minoan Cemetery.



Marlia Villa is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a quiet, authentic Cretan experience, with opportunities for hiking, cultural excursions, and relaxing in an untouched, scenic environment.

Fantastic

Very nice house with an amazing view. Lovely outdoor area and pool. Landlord is really nice and helpful. Very local and you are far up in the mountains so you need a car. Highly recommended.

La maison et la piscine, l'ensemble du logis, la sympathie de notre hôte Alex, ont réellement ravi toute la famille. La vue sue les monts crétois !!! Que dire d'autre que ces images resteront gravées. En plus Alex nous a fait profité d'une soirée typiquement Crétoise ... Que dire de plus de toutes ces merveilles. Nous reviendrons.

Einfach nur 🤩

Vom Flughafen mit dem Auto zum Ort dachten wir ,wo sind wir bloß gelandet. Aber dann kam die große Überraschung. Wir sind sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen worden: Das Haus war sehr schön und alles sehr sauber. Es war genügend Platz für uns 6 Personen. Jeden Morgen dieser herrliche Ausblick. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln . Gerne kommen wir wieder. Danke für die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft
