Kerstin 4 by SMR Luxury Apartments

Kerstin 4 is a luxurious large first floor apartment, which has stunning views of the quaint town of Rauris and its surrounding mountains. It is furnished to a very high standard, with solid oak heated flooring throughout. It comprises; three double bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an ensuite shower room, with shower, sink and W.C; bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds (also with fold down bed for three children wishing to sleep together). There is a family bathroom with twin sinks, w.c., bath with shower over and a large, heated towel rail. There is also a constant supply of hot water throughout the apartment.

The large, open-plan dining-kitchen and living space has an 'extending' solid oak dining table and seats eight people comfortably. Two large bi-fold doors open onto a large sunny balcony with superb mountain views. It also has a large double sofa bed and could be used as a fourth bedroom, if needed. Included in the apartment is a fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, locally quarried granite worktop and an extensive selection of cutlery, china, glassware, saucepans, utensils and cookware, to meet the needs of the chef and dinner guests alike. A 42" wide-screen TV with cable UK and European channels, DVD player, selection of DVD's, electronic safe, two hairdryers, games, children's toy box, Bluetooth speaker, FREE Wi-Fi internet access, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, child's booster seat, children's cutlery, plates and bowls, complete the package for a perfect self-catering family holiday.

There is a lockable, heated, ski and boot room in the cellar and an underground parking space for one vehicle. All residents have access to the on-site Spa facility and gym, which you can get to underground. Sorry no dogs or smoking allowed.

In the basement there is a fitness room and a washing/drying room and a ski cellar.

All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
