The property, located on the ground floor of a small building, consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), as well as a bathroom and a kitchen-living room that features a lounge and relaxation area with a sofa and TV.

Beautiful modern apartment in Gizzeria Lido

This apartment is modern and new with many personal, comfort touches. It has all the amenities you need - laundry, a/c, kitchen, etc. Very well situated close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, cafes. The host is available to answer your questions.

Stunning apartment- A jewel nearby the sea

This modern apartment is fully equipped everything you need - and more! All you need is food and drink! Cook yourself, or eat and drink close by from a good variety of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. A lot of thought has gone into the overall apartment design with high cleanliness and attention to detail! Great communication with the owner who went above and beyond - even arranged direct communication for Avis car hire at much cheaper local price! Full comfort with air conditioning in each room and plenty of clothes storage - The bathroom is amazing with an enclosed dual soaker / traditional show. The owner truly has thought of everything! The beach is maximum 2 minutes walk and there is ample car parking to the front. Gizzeria Lido itself is a beautiful location - it’s not overwhelmed with crowds of tourists - take it at the pace you want - The sea is Crystal clear! Kite surfing / water-sports nearby if you like. You really can relax and unwind here - and importantly, you feel safe knowing that you’re amongst honest Calabrian people. Book your flights - pack your suitcase - Come and enjoy beautiful Gizzeria Lido and surrounding Calabria - It will open your heart to true Italy - Forza Calabrese

Knappe 2 Wochen durften wir in der Unterkunft Urlaub machen. Nach der Buchung hatten wir sehr freundlichen und regen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Zum Urlaubsbeginn wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen das ganze Apartment gezeigt und erklärt. Zusätzlich bekamen wir ein paar Kaffeekapseln sowie typisch Sizilianisches Gebäck. Sehr lecker! Im Apartment selbst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, lediglich ein Toaster hätte uns gefehlt, aber das ist kein Problem in der Nähe kann man frische Brötchen kaufen. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe eine Eisdiele, sowie mehrere Restaurants. Das Pub925 können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Die Pizzen und die Burger waren hervorragend. Der Strand und das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist ein Kiessteinestrand. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, da es viele spitze Steine am und im Meer gibt. Ein toller Reisetipp ist die Schwefelquelle in Lamezia terme (terme di caronte). Leider hat die amerikanische Kakerlakeninvasion die 2025 über ganz Italien zugeschlagen hat auch Gizzeria Lido nicht verschont. Die Vermieterin hat ausgezeichnet reagiert und uns ein Insektenspray gebracht und die Behörden informiert. Diese haben unverzüglich reagiert und die Kakerlaken bekämpft. Exzellent! Auch die Anwohner in unmittelbarer Nähe waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für alles Donatella :)

Vacanza all'insegna del totale relax

Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Tutto quello elencato nell'annuncio era presente nella struttura e anche di più. Al check-in ci ha accolti la sig.ra Donatella che oltre ad illustrarci la struttura nei minimi particolari ci ha anche offerto due vasetti di prodotti tipici del luogo come segno di benvenuti. La sig.ra Donatella disponibile, pronta ad intervenire per risolvere eventuali problemi inerenti la struttura, ma soprattutto prodiga di consigli sui posti da visitare e luoghi dove passare qualche serata a cena o divertimento.
