Villa Iliaktida, meaning ray of sun or sunbeam in the Greek language, is a stunning example of a new generation of villas being built in the Greek islands in recent years. Perfectly adapted to the setting, elegant and modern with tremendous attention to detail and use of top quality materials as well as being ecologically sympathetic.

Offering tranquility and incredible panoramic sea views, this villa is beautiful and superbly comfortable, with “top of the range” beds and bed linen, and some additional thoughtful touches such as toiletries, robes and slippers as well as a “state of the art” main bathroom.

Perfect as a secluded and idyllic retreat for couples, whilst still close to the fantastic sandy beach at Skala and its growing choice of excellent cafés, restaurants and shops, we thoroughly recommend Villa Iliaktida for honeymooners, special anniversaries or just a perfect romantic holiday base for two. If needed Villa Iliaktida can accommodate a further person or older child in the upper level office/den.

This stunning villa is bound to be very popular so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

This beautiful one bed villa is more suited to adults and older children due to the one double bedroom. There are ladder effect gaps on the mezzanine staircases railing and as such we do not recommend for children.
