Immersed in the green hills of Vico Equense, the Annì holiday home is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, away from the hectic pace of the city without giving up practicality in moving around to easily reach Pompeii and the main tourist destinations of the Sorrento Peninsula.

The house is structured as follows: an open space kitchen / living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and two bathrooms with shower.

There is also a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional guests, upon payment of a supplement.

Completely renovated and equipped with all the main comforts, the structure finally has a large terrace / solarium with the possibility of an external shower.

The house can be easily reached with a city car and is equipped with free private parking on site.

When your holidays feel like "Home"

We enjoyed one of the best weeks in our lives. The host family was extraordinary friendly and helpful. They recieved us very warmly, helped us with every kind of questions and needs an gave us really useful insider-tips for places to go, activities, etc. The house was very clean and tidily and really well equipped. It's located near a pizzeria, shops, a hiking trail and the beautiful village. It has a big parking space, a large garden and enough space to play for the children. Inside, there are a big and well equipped kitchen, eating- and living rooms, two toilets, two showers, two bedrooms and a washroom with washing machine, etc. It's a perfect place for families to spend their holidays, be hosted by very kind people and feel like at home. We are looking forward to come again in future.

Herzliches Italien pur

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und sie war super sauber. Die Vermieter versuchen alle Wünsche und Fragen auf herzliche italienische Art zu erfüllen oder zu beantworten. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist den örtlichen Gegebenheiten geschuldet nicht einfach, aber mit einer Mercedes C-Klasse ( eingeklappte Außenspiegel) machbar. ( zuerst schauen wie es die Einheimischen machen😁). Diese Schwierigkeit wird aber durch eine Parkmöglichkeit 600m entfernt und einem unkompliziertem Shuttleservice der Vermieter mehr als kompensiert. Dabei hat man auch die Chance jeden Abend bei einer Super Pizzeria oder Latteria noch was mitzunehmen. Somit ein super einfacher Standort um mit 4 Personen die historischen Stätten und die tolle Landschaft zu erkunden.

Rustig gelegen heel comfortabele woning

De communicatie in het Engels met dochter Maria via Whatsapp verliep heel vlot. Anna en Tony spreken uitsluitend Italiaans, maar dat was niet echt een probleem. Het zijn uiterst sympathieke mensen. Het huis is splinternieuw en van alle comfort voorzien. Het beschikt tevens over een rustig terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Wij kunnen dit verblijf zeker aanraden en hopen van nog eens terug te keren.

Super séjour dans une région magnifique

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison et ce fut un endroit idéal pour nous balader entre Pompéi, le Vésuve et la côte Amalfitaine. L'endroit est très propre et parfaitement équipé, la literie est confortable et la vue depuis la terrasse permet de voir la baie de Naples et le Vésuve. Entouré par des potagers et des arbres fruitiers, le calme du soir est très appréciable. Ce doit être vraiment magique en plein été. Anna et Tony nous ont accueilli parfaitement. Ils ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais ou de français, mais avec quelques rudiments d'italien de notre part et un bon google translate, nous nous sommes parfaitement compris. Nous avons eu un souci léger d'évacuation des eaux (dû à une première utilisation de la maison après l'hiver) qui a été réglé en moins d'une heure, ce qui est très appréciable. L'endroit est franchement parfait. Un point d'attention : ne venez pas avec une voiture trop large, et ce n'est pas uniquement pour arriver jusqu'à la maison : les routes sont très étroites et arrivés dans les villages, cela peut devenir un vrai problème. Pour info, nous étions avec une Lancia Ypsilon de location, aucun problème à signaler. En résumé, le lieu a contribué à nous faire passer une super séjour.

Merveilleux séjour

Un séjour magnifique dans une très jolie maison, très accueillante, un jardin magnifique et une très belle vue. Nos hôtes Anna, Maria et Tonino sont vraiment adorables, très serviable, gentils et prévenant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, tout est parfait à la casa Anni holidays. Mille merci à nos hôtes merveilleux.
