Pretty apartment but lacks lots of basics
Really pretty apartment in a relatively new building with beautiful pool area. City location is amazing as well. However, the beach front area is not exactly the best; kind of dirty, very little sand, and really no area to sit. You’ll have to walk a bit for a more “beachy” area. The dishwasher did not work the whole time, which was extremely painful with kids. They sent someone to fix it but still didn’t work. The shower handle in the master came apart a few days later. the washer is absolutely horrible none of our clothes came out very clean. I guess the more frustrating part is the manager likes to communicate thru VRBO messaging which is slow and makes it kind of unresponsive on her part.. In order to use the grill, you have to reserve a time slot which was really bizarre and useless because people would reserve it for hours at once and sometimes not show up. You can’t use it until their time expires which was really frustrating. This never came up during the booking process or on the website. Another misleading thing is on the VRBO listing it says 2 bedrooms, but in the sleeping section of the listing it says 3 bedrooms (they count the convertible sofa as a bedroom in this section). I didn’t read that correctly and thought I was getting 3 bedrooms…Overall, beautiful apartment and beautiful location, but beware of some things
