The house has 4 double rooms and 2 single rooms, a living-dining room with access to a terrace and the 2,000 m² garden, a small closed terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen exclusive for the guests.
The house is located in the Llanada Alavesa, 1 hour from La Rioja Alavesa, Bilbao, and Pamplona, and less than an hour and a half from San Sebastián. Also very close to the Aizkorri, Gorbea, Aralar, and Urbasa Natural Parks, ideal for hikes and walks of all levels.
The area also offers the opportunity to take bike routes around the Ullibarri-Gamboa reservoir, with more than 50 km in an unbeatable setting along the lake, as well as kayaking excursions.
The owners live on the first floor, sharing the main entrance to the house with the guests.
