Our beautiful and spacious apartment is located in sector 1, Nordic area of ​​Bucharest, the heart of the business centers and very close to the main points of interest (restaurants, co-working centers, public transport - metro, buses, shops, bars, cafes, discos, casinos, supermarkets, public and private airports, public and private hospitals, sports stadiums, museums and green parks)
This apartment with Wi-Fi in all areas, has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with 43" flat screen smart TV, two bedrooms including one with 43" TV, two bathrooms with shower and a balcony. In the winter there is central heating supplied by the local agent and in the summer there is air conditioning in all rooms. In the cold season, if the agent does not provide heat, air conditioners can be used to heat the rooms. Also, if the municipal hot water supplier doesn't provide it, there is a boiler that heats the water regardless of municipal restrictions.

The keys to the property are found in the safety boxes with codes;
Any type of party is completely forbidden;
For safety, the entrance and the balcony are video monitored (external areas);
The number of people entering must be the same as the number of people confirmed in the booking.
For the check-in formalities guests must provide their id/passports;
It is forbidden to smoke inside; You can smoke on the balcony;
At the checkout, lock the door and leave the keys inside the external boxes, each one in its own box in safety;
Please respect the silence in the condominium between 10:00pm-8:00am;
