About this property

This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse overlooking the pool is situated on the popular Playa I complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.

The townhouse has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and downstairs is a cloackroom with toilet and sink, The townhouse had three terraces, two on the ground floor and the front and the back of the property overlooking the pool, then there is a small terrace off the twin bedroom leading up to the roof terrace. There is Air con in the bedrooms, and is included in the price, and fans in all of the bedrooms. The TV and internet are also included.

Townhouse Description

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas

As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous front terrace area, and also a terrace at the rear of the property overlooking the communal pool. There is a smaller terrace off the twin bedroom upstairs, leading up to the roof terrace area.

The townhouse is in the popular Playa I, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with a communal pool central to the surrounding properties. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).

Living space

The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining and kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has a very comfortable sofas and dining area. Internet and TV is included. The washing machine is situated on the roof terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is a cloakroom off the kitchen with a toilet and sink downstairs. On the first floor is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with air con units. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Townhouse Location

The townhouse is positioned in the middle of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer. This apartment is the perfect location to ensure a wonderful holiday at a great price !
