About this property

2 bed penthouse, near beach, pool facing balcony, WiFi, air con, roof terrace.

Perfect for couples or single travellers looking for a quieter, more peaceful and relaxed holiday location.

Our apartment is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the sandy shores of the Mar Menor and a few steps to swimming pools and well maintained gardens. Our apartment is part of a small, quiet and secure complex, with views of farmland and far off mountain range.

With free, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout; the apartment has a wonderful large, private roof terrace, also a balcony, 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a king-size bed, the second bedroom having 2 single beds, with mattress toppers for extra comfort. The bathroom includes a bath with shower and towels.

The main room has a dining area, a sitting area which includes a comfortable large settee, arm chair and TV.

Our fully fitted kitchen comes with microwave, touch control ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge freezer, water filter for clean drinking water and a washing machine (washing tablets provided).

From the main room the patio doors lead to the balcony which overlooks the pools and gardens; with far reaching views this is a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee; table and chairs. Also a large pull out sun canopy, allowing a good level of shade to be enjoyed when needed.

Steps from the balcony lead up to a large private roof terrace, which enjoys the sun all day long, including a full length sun canopy, allowing shade when required. There are 2 sun beds and dining table with chairs to allow meals to be enjoyed on the terrace. This is an ideal place to enjoy the countryside and mountain views.

All windows and doors are fitted with fly / mosquito blinds, and all areas of the apartment, including the roof terrace are non-smoking.

To help make the most of the close by sandy beaches we provide a set of beach chairs, towels, cool bag with freezer blocks and a parasol, all complete with a small trolley to make it easy taking to and from the beach.

For those choosing to hire a car there is ample off road parking, directly outside the apartment complex. We have tried to include everything needed for a trip away, including iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

There is a cleaning charge, payable in cash on departure and a breakage deposit, payable prior to arrival.

Single sex party bookings not accepted.

We are only accepting bookings for a maximum of 2 people.

A gem of a place!

We have just returned from a short stay at this wonderful apartment and complex (& wished we could have stayed longer!). The apartment is bright, spacious and has everything you need (not to mention a huge roof terrace and a lovely little balcony to sit out on having a morning coffee). The complex is maintained beautifully with a fabulous large swimming pool (and smaller children's pool). Whilst the complex is situated in a quiet location the beach is only a 10 minute walk away (as is the supermarket, strip of great restaurants and bars) and there is a great restaurant (The Garden Bar & Grill) just across the road. The communication and information from the owners was excellent and they were also extremely accommodating and were able to give us an early check-in/late check-out. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if my family and I were in the area then we would have no hesitation in booking again!

Great experience

This apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, it's a very peaceful location but close to all amenities. I'd like to thank Gary and Louise for the communication from start to finish and would recommend their apartment to anyone, thanks for a great stay.

Nice apartment with balcony and roofterrace

Nice and clean apartment. The location is oke, about a km from beach and centre. The building from the apartment was nice, but at the time we were there, a little bit lost. Only a few apartments were rented. We had good contact witj the owners. In the apartment is a lot of information about the apartment and anout los alcazares.

Great flat and perfect location

The flat was as nice as on the pictures and it was well maintained and really clean. We absolutely loved the balcony and the rooftop terrace. We had access to a swimming pool of a decent size which was great. The apartment had all of the things that we needed from a picnic bag to towels to books and DVDs. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge and freezer are big enough to store enough food for a week. The flat has two bedrooms but as we were only two we only used the main bedroom but the apartment is really spacious so a family would be really happy spending their holidays there. Our flight was delayed and the host was really nice as they waited for us to give us the keys. They stayed up late to greet us and showed us around the apartment. Also, really appreciated that they texted us a few days in our stay to check that everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. The location is ideal as the beach and stores are only less than ten minute walk from the apartment. Neighbours are really friendly and helpful. We really loved the folders with some ideas of things to do and restaurants to eat in. There is a tourist information point in the centre of town and they were really helpful to give us the main buses time etc. The main bus station to go to Murcia or the adjacents little towns like Cartagena, torrevieja and San Javier is less than a ten minute walk from the apartment and the tickets are really cheap. Looking forward to coming back again as we had such a lovely time. Definitely would recommend this place apartment to a friend 100%.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful and well equipped apartment. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from a great selection of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the old town with lovely traditional Spanish bars but far enough away to ensure total peace and quiet when you want it . The balcony catches the afternoon sun and over looks the beautiful clean pool and the large roof terrace with its full sun canopy is a great space to relax. As soon as we got home we contacted Gary and Louise to try and book our next stay ...we'll be back . Mick n Teresa

Superb apartment and location.

Gary and Louise have thought of everything for a home away from home! The apartment is very clean, well equipt and comfortable. It is conveniently located for beach, superb restaurants and bars, the Old Town is beautiful. We were able to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool even in January with tempretures of around 20 deg. The roof terrace would be wonderful in summer.

We both enjoyed our stay here for a week and we could not fault it.

The high standard of furnishing and other equipment as well as bedding and towels was good and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool .A great place to have breakfast in the mornings!! The roof terrace is very spacious and fully equipped wlth plenty of chairs and sunloungers. It catches the Sun all day, but if shade is required there is an awning as well as umbrellas.It is in a small complex not far from shops or beach. The people living on site and neighbours were all friendly. Both Gary and Louise provided excellent service and back up if and when required as well as Fiona and Mike who met us at the airport and provided us with small welcome pack of essentials that we ordered as we arrived on a night flight. Also, it was nice to start our holiday with a large bottle of Cava!! Very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to come back to this clean and airy apartment again in the future. Keith and Wendy.

Great stay at great appartment in great place.

Fantastic appartment, real home from home. All the extras like beach chairs add to a great place to stay and within easy walking distance of beach and restaurants. Small complex with well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool just below the balcony. Overall couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

Fabulous Appartment in a prime location with everything you could possibly need close by.

Amazing modern apartment just the right distance from town to chill out, but a quick stroll to the beach and restaurants and bars. I’ve stayed in a villa in the location last year but I much preferred my stay here. The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful. I can’t recommend this apartment enough and I’m hoping I can get to stay here again soon.

Great location and views, perfect apartment

We booked this apartment as we love the area. It is an easy and flat walk to all the many restaurants of Los Alcazares, and the beach and beautiful beach bars. The apartment has everything you need. Very importantly it is clean and well maintained. The space on the terrace is beautiful - hot in August but the awning was very welcome, I imagine in January this area comes into its own. Details such as trolley for bringing shopping back from the supermarkets easily was very welcome. The pool area seems to be well maintained, and again, very clean. We loved our stay, and we will be back!

Why they chose this property

After visiting Los Alcázares in 2017, we loved everything about the area . Our apartment is perfectly located on the outskirts of Los Alcázares, this creates a quiet and peaceful environment to relax in, but at the same time being less than half a mile from the beach and 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre, where there is a good choice of bars, restaurants and attractions.
