Luxury 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment at Roda Golf and Beach Resort, sleeps 4/5

This is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, on Phase 3, with views to the golf course. It sleeps 4 to 5 people and is set in an excellent position within mature gardens. 100 mb fibre WiFi is available.

The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool which is just a few steps away from the large patio. Bedroom 1 has two new (2023) single beds, a double wardrobe (with plentiful coathangers), en-suite bathroom, a 19 inch TV, hairdryer and doors which open up onto the patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (new mattresses 2023) and a double wardrobe with a separate bathroom (with shower). The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher while the large living area has a table and chairs and comfortable armchairs; the settee opens out to form a double bed. There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock and the doors lead out onto the patio where there is a large oval table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment has air-conditioning for the summer and central heating for the cooler weeks. Cots, highchairs, bikes and golf clubs can be supplied from our apartment manager.

Additional information about rental rates: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required with the booking form. The balance of rent is due no less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date (unless agreed previously).
A security/breakages deposit of £130 is required with the final balance.

There is a 20 Euro cost for cleaning if the sofa bed is used for a 5th person.

Golf Course: The 18 hole, par 72, golf course has been designed by Dave Thomas, one of Europe's most sought after course architects. There are also putting green facilities and a driving range.

General information: Pool and beach towels are not supplied, please bring your own.
