Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor new apartment adjacent to pool (Sleeps 4/5) on the five star Roda Golf and Beach Resort. We offer discounts for stays of 28 days or more. Master bed has a King size bed (can be split into twin) Bed 2 has twin beds and lounge has a pull out bed settee. With marble floors throughout, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, has central heating and high speed Over 25 mg) broadband/wi fi. The modern furnished living and dining area, includes a new 50inch smart TV with English/international channels and a DVD. Kitchen has Fan oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, Dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Underground car park has a dedicated area and a locker that contains 3 sets of adult golf clubs and 1 set of kids clubs available for you to use on the Roda Golf course. We have amazing sandy beaches close by, sunbeds, beach chairs and outside table and chairs provides a relaxing evenings dining.

Great apartment in a great resort

We love Roda Golf. The apartment was in a great spot for the pool. It was very well equipped and very clean. The process from booking, to leaving was very easy. We had access to a propery manager at all times. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Good base for travelling round the area

Apart from an issue with the air conditioning the apartment was exactly what we require as a couple. Very good communication with the owner, the apartment was clean and tidy with a host of extras, most of which we didn’t avail of as we were doing a lot of sightseeing this time round. Next time we’d certainly contemplate bringing the Grandkids as there’s plenty of room and lots to keep them occupied.

Apartment on Roda Golf

Ian's property is immaculate, he communicated perfectly throughout our stay. Sharon the key holder was also excellent, very knowledgeable and super helpful. We stayed for a week in July, we fount the pool to be immaculate and everybody was very welcoming. We would recommend a car to get around, but for shopping there were 2 Mercados, an Aldi and a Lidl within a couple of miles. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment - very enjoyable and relaxing stay

Beautiful clean modern apartment with everything you need. Air con, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi, even beach towels. Nice seating area outside and very close to the pool. First impression was that pool wasn't very big but it was in fact lovely. Kids (and I) spent hours in it. Not too busy and very relaxing. We hired a car, which I think is a must - the local beach and restaurants are 5 mins drive a way but would be a long walk. We visited several different beaches - all lovely - including the mud baths at Lo Pagan which were great fun. We also went to Cartegena, La Xenia and the waterpark at Torrevieja. The Club house restaurant is great too. We dined there one evening - lovely food and entertainment. We also discovered the Roda restaurant very close to the golf resort. Food good and great value. All in all a lovely apartment in a good location - fab holiday all round.

Bonita casa muy bien situada al lado de la piscina. Había toallas,bicis,hamacas,y todo lo necesario para ir a la playa. La orientación era excepcional pudiendo hacer uso del exterior para desayunar, comer y cenar. Una pena que la limpieza no estuviera a la altura,aunque se resolvió con una llamada.

Notre fabuleux séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 12 jours dans l’appartement de Ian, il était propre et très fonctionnel ! Ian avait laissé beaucoup d’accessoires à notre disposition tel que des vélos, matelas de piscine, chaises de plages…l’appartement est à deux pas d’une magnifique piscine où nous avons pu nous rafraîchir. Nous remercions Ian pour toutes ses petites attentions jusqu’à notre arrivée ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Appartement RODA golf

Appartement bien équipé ( manquait un lave vaisselle et des étagères dans les placards). Bien situé, proche des commerces ( même s’il faut la voiture) , proche de la plage ( en voiture encore), et piscine à 20m. Par contre nous avons été littéralement dévorés par des moustiques du matin au soir, et des mouches aussi en permanence. Dommage…

L'appartement est très bien situé, près de la piscine mais quand même au calme. Très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol les moustiques, nous avons été dévoré par les moustiques dès que l'on voulait manger sur la terrasse, malgré tout les produits que l'on utilisait pour les éloigner.

Un lugar muy agradable

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en más fotos. Las camas muy cómodas así como el sofá. La terraza es estupenda y la piscina está justo al lado pero no hay nada de ruido, es muy tranquilo. Hay plaza de garaje y trastero. Ian ha estado atento en todo momento antes de nuestra llegada. En la casa había todo lo necesario para el día a día. El aire acondicionado funciona por tarjetas. Con la que nos dejaron ha sido más que suficiente, la vivienda no es demasiado calurosa. La playa está cerca pero hay que ir en coche. La urbanización es muy segura y cuidada. Curiosamente no había ni hormigas ni otros bichos a pesar de estar rodeados de plantas (algo fantástico!) La limpieza es escasa, el primer día dimos un repaso a todo ya que estaba bastante sucio (suelo con polvo y pelusas, muebles con migas por dentro, mesas pegajosas, nevera….) pero después de darle un repaso a todo la estancia ha sido muy buena. Es la única pega que le pongo, la mejora en el servicio de limpieza. Nosotros repetiríamos.

Het appartement ligt op een afgezonderd veilig domein die heel netjes is onderhouden. Heel leuk zwembad vlakbij was tof voor de kinderen en een algemene verfrissing. Strand, enkele restaurants en voedingswinkels liggen te ver voor wandelafstand, best fiets of auto voorzien.

Gran semana de vacaciones. Lo primero el apartamento está dentro de un complejo privado, o sea mucha tranquilidad a la hora de ir con niños. La casa limpia y amplia. Tuvimos un problema y enseguida nos lo solucionó el casero, encima nos obsequio con varias bebidas. Un encanto de persona. La piscina estupenda y aunque era exterior, el agua estaba bastante caliente. Los vecinos muy agradables. Calidad precio excelente. Recomiendo el alojamiento al cien por cien.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family, very clean and comfortable. Loved the privacy of the garden! Pool is just around the corner. Underground parking was very convenient. Apartment on a well maintained golf resort, very clean and highly recommended.

I have just returned from a 2 weeks holiday totally relaxed and refreshed after spending it in Ian's apartment. Having never been to the area or using homeaway.co.uk before I found the booking process easy and subsequent communication from the owner was great, providing me all the information I would need for my arrival and my stay in the Roda complex. The apartment was very clean and contained all the amenities you would expect from self catering and a whole lot more, it would appear they had thought of everything. The apartment is on a well maintained golf complex with a restaurant on site about 20 minutes away. Throughout my stay Ian checked that everything was okay and provided me with plenty of suggestions of places to eat and visit. To get full benefit from this stay a car is recommended although there are places to eat within walking distance, however to appreciate the surrounding areas you do need transport. Overall a great holiday experience. Thank you.

We stayed at Ian’s apartment for 2 weeks and loved it, ian was on hand at any time to help in any way he could, very nice guy, the apartment is central to everything you would need, and has been well kept, the pool area was lovely and our boys loved being in there! Most of the day! We are booking again for next year! And can’t wait to return!

Roda golf apartment

We were only here a short while but really enjoyed our stay . The apartment is only 5 mins by car/ bus away from the beach and the bustling square of Los Alcázares . Murcia airport is also a 10 minute run and close to the main toll road for easy transportation to Alicante. The golf complex also has a taxi firm by the gate and for around 4 euros it’s an easy hop into town. We would definately stay again.

Well we discovered a beautiful part of unspoilt Spain called the Costa Calida and we were fell in love with the relaxing Spanish life, the long stretches of soft sandy beaches lined with palm trees, shallow warm Mar Menor ideal for kids, both traditional Spanish and new British style restaurants that suits everyone. Yes we found the place Los Alcazares.
Our English home to our Spanish home in less than 4 hours!! Brilliant.
