You arrive at the property, which is located just opposite St Paul's 18th century church and can drive straight in to the the two private parking spaces.
After the parking, before you reach the property there is a gated, pretty cottage garden which leads to the front porch.
The property is entered via a porch in the front garden and opens on to a hallway which leads to; the dining room, sitting room and stairs to the first floor. Both the sitting room and dining room then lead on through to the kitchen, utility and cloakroom. From the kitchen you can then access the back garden.
Upstairs, both the double and king sized bedrooms are south facing with views over the church and out towards the sea. The accommodation on the first floor also offers a further, twin/bunkbed room and a brand new bathroom with both bath and shower.

Other things to note
