Casa La Puntilla
has two modern and fully equipped studios in La Puntilla. An idyllic place where you can enjoy the beach just opening the door.
La Puntilla Nº 1 is a new studio. It contains of a double bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a small living area with access to the internal terrace (no sea view). The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, an outside shower and a washing machine. The studio has a second private terrace accessed via the stairwell. From here you can enjoy the best views of La Puntilla beach and the sunset. The studio also offers high-quality double glazing on the windows, the upper windows can be opened electrically, air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV. If you are looking for a new, cozy, bright place by the sea, this studio offers you the opportunity to open the door and be right on the beach.

Einziger Mini-Minus-Punkt: die Terasse ist nicht direkt von der Wohnung zu erreichen. Ansonsten Traumappartment. Falls ich jemals wieder ins Valle Gran Rey komme, dann sehr gerne wieder in diesm Appatment.
