Luxurious Villa on a holiday park, 5 kilometers from the beach. There is a communal swimming pool (not a private pool) , a playground, a sauna.
The cottage has two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge.Very good internet.
The terrace includes a beautiful lounge set (outdoor sofa with cushions) and dinner table

Please bring your own bed linen and towels. we don't rent them.
There are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms and 2 extra mattresses for the floor.

No rental to groups of young people.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ok! FĂŒr 8 Personen etwas schwierig! 4 Erwachsene in einem kleinen Raum, ungĂŒnstig!Nicht ausreichend genug Geschirr! Toaster wĂ€re super gewesen. Bad EG ohne Duschstange und Vorhang! Alle 8 haben oben geduscht. Fotos nicht genĂŒgend aussagekrĂ€ftig! Zu wenig wesentliche EindrĂŒcke, zu viel Dekos auf den Fotos, aber keine Details! Sofa ziemlich ekelig! Unsauber! Ungepflegter Garten! Durch die Strassensperrung mussten wir einen großen Umweg in Kauf nehmen, um in den Ort zu kommen. Leider sehr einsam, ohne Anbindung an einen Ort.

Check-in ĂŒber SchlĂŒsselkasten unkompliziert. Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, fĂŒr 8 Personen vom Platz her völlig ausreichend (2 Kinder schliefen auf vorhandenden Bodenmatratzen). Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Was uns fehlte war eine Mappe mit Beschreibungen fĂŒr Kamin, Ofen und Sauna. Zudem war in der Hausbeschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass es sich bei dem Ofen um eine Kombination aus Ofen und Mikrowelle (ohne Backbleche) handelt. Die Sauna ist eine Infrarotkabine (fĂŒr eine Person), keine "richtige" Sauna. Dies sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr neu, verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alles, was nötig ist und enthĂ€lt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich.

Wir waren mit sieben Frauen fĂŒr vier Tage dort.Der Buchungsablauf und Check in waren unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber, gemĂŒtlich und gerĂ€umig. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die drei Doppelbetten waren gut. Die Lösung mit den zwei Matratzen fĂŒr die siebte und eventuell achte Person fĂŒr Erwachsene eher unbequem. Der Park ist sehr schön und ordentlich. Mit dem Auto kann man auf Grund der zentralen Lage viele schöne andere StĂ€dte erkunden. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand fĂŒhren sichere Fuß und Radwege. Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Einrichtung sehr maritim mit schönen Details. CHECK IN sehr unkompliziert, super! Einziger kleiner Abzug war die Sauberkeit. Böden und Ablagen ein wenig klebrig und das Geschirr musste einmal durch die SpĂŒhlmaschine gejagt werden. Ansonsten alles super und gerne wieder.

Het huis was niet goed schoongemaakt. Het was vreselijk warm boven, konden geen raam open zetten ivm ontbreken van horren. Geen airco aanwezig.

Haus lag in der NÀhe von Pool und Kinderspielplatz...mit Kindern ideal.Das Haus war gerÀumig und nett eingerichtet.Mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand waren 6,5km auf angenehmen Wegen. Supermarkt leider weiter weg... Wir haben dort entspannte Tage verbracht.

Sehr schön!

Wir wollten spontan ein paar Tage Urlaub machen und sind dabei auf dieses Haus gestoßen, es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, das Haus war sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der einzige Nachteil fĂŒr uns: Das kleine GrundstĂŒck ist nicht eingezĂ€unt, ansonsten fĂŒr uns das perfekte Haus.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung

Das Meer ist ca. 15 Auto-Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Schagen ca. 10 Auto-Minuten. Einziges Minus ist, dass man selber BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher und alle Kleinigkeiten des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs selbst mitbringen muss. Ansonsten echt toll.

Sint Maarten war einfach wunderbar

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir waren zu 5 ( Mein Mann und ich und unsere drei Kinder) alle haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wollten ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen dies kann man dort wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist fĂŒr mehrere Personen sehr gut wir haben das schon anders erlebt vor allen Dingen beim Geschirr. Alles in allem ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Der Park ist sehr schön und der Pool auch zum schwimmen groß genug. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll, die StrĂ€nde sauber und weitlĂ€ufig, man hatte immer viel Platz!
