Beautiful Villa. So many different areas to so sit out and enjoy the sun. Lovely and clean and well equipped. Lovely location - you can walk into Latchi or a short drive to Polis. Plenty of restaurants. Will definitely return

First impressions of the villa on arrival were good, although the local taxi drivers found it difficult to find as it's on a road with no name so not a proper address. The villa is in a small cul de sac with 6 other villas, pretty setting and sea views from the bedrooms and roof terrace. The pool was very cold which we kind of expected from previous reviews, so we didn't really use it. Location from the harbour is around 15 minute walk so ok for local restaurants and a few shops, but that's all there is in Latchi. The bus service into Polis was a bit unreliable, and bus stops very far apart. Polis bus station is ok to get to other parts of the island for a cost of 6 euro for a day ticket so good value. The villa was clean and had everything we needed, was surprised to find it was an ex Villa Plus property.After a few days the kitchen was over run with ants, in the cupboards over the cooker hob, everywhere, had to through a lot of bread etc., away. There is a water heater switch on the 2nd floor but if you forget to set it you won't have hot water. One of the shower heads was broken and fell off, we rang the number left in the villa and to be fair someone came within 10 minutes and a new one was fitted the same day.Midway through our 2nd week we were victims of theft. As a party of 6 adults staying in the villa a significant amount of euros and bank cards and a driving license were stolen. While we were upstairs actually in the villa.Drones had been flying previously.

We really enjoyed our time in Villa Iliana. For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. The outside area was so stunning. Great swimming pool with a lot of space around. Outside dining area as well as a BBQ. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and we spent most of our nights there. Nice quiet location, but nearby to the beach, restaurants, bars, as well as supermarkets. We had the best holiday ever and I hope we will come back in 2023.

We had a perfect holiday! Everything was excellent, and the villa was luxury furnished with all the necessary amenities for a great stay. The pool was clean and just the right size for us. We will definitely miss the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets from the upper terrace where we mostly enjoyed our evening family gatherings. We also visited Polis, and Latchi and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Also, very helpful and great driving instructions to the villa. We are sure that we will book this villa again.

We had a very pleasant holiday. Villa Iliana was absolutely brilliant. It was spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 8 people. Most of our time, we spent swimming and sunbathing in the pool area. We liked that a really lot! We had the perfect view from the terrace to the sea and really enjoyed watching the boats go by. The location and the villa are perfect as everything is really close. Would thoroughly recommend it, this place is good for the soul :)

We have visited many villas in Cyprus, but this villa is the best. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is so amazing, with your own private pool surrounded by a lot of greenery. We really enjoy the stunning sea views from the balcony. The bonus is that is too close to the beach, just 300 meters. We already plan to come again.

The pool and gardens were so lovely and well-maintained. A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, but just a 3-minute walk away from the beach, which made perfect our holiday. Overall it was a very good and relaxing week. The villa was charming and clean and ideal for a family. There was an amazing swimming pool. The cherry on the cake was the terrace with a stunning sea view. Situated in the nicest neighborhood, it takes only a short walk to get to almost everywhere: beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Do not hesitate to book this villa for your next holiday.

Villa Iliana is spacious and has a lovely homely feel to it. The villa is truly amazing and the grounds are stunning. It is very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The children love the pool and terrace and play there almost all day, which in turn gives us a break too! Nearby are a lot of tavernas and restaurants, and we are glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. Just a quick note to say thanks for the excellent service from the agents.

We would like to have a chance to stay one more week! Everything was great. When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, and smelt lovely. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from the balcony. We also visited Argaka and Akamas National Park and spent an amazing time exploring the whole area. Thanks to the agents, owner, and cleaning staff, who made our holiday unforgettable. 5*

All in all the villa was wonderful and had great value for money. Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. It was clean, smelt lovely, and was so restful. Most of the time we spent around the pool or at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming, sunbathing, having meals, playing cards, and enjoying gatherings with our local friends. While we were there, we took a boat tour and enjoyed the beauties of the area. Fantastic holiday and will be returning with family and friends again.

Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa. The villa itself is well equipped with everything you could need, and situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, near to almost everything. Air conditioning in bedrooms is brilliant as it is quiet and could keep it on all night. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Nice outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Having a BBQ is a real plus. We spent some time at Argaka and Agia Marina entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We loved our time in Cyprus and we would love to return in 2023.
