Holiday home with slide in a holiday park

This luxurious, modern, detached, ground-floor children's cottage is situated in the beautifully located holiday park Ferienpark Sauerland. It is located approximately 100 m from the slopes and approximately 2.2 km from the centre of Niedersfeld. The charming centre of Winterberg is located approximately 6.7 km away. The cottage is comfortable, attractive, fully furnished, and located near the playground. Due to the high windows, the living room is wonderfully light and provides a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape of the Sauerland. In the living room, you will find a cosy pellet stove, as well as a TV. Ideal for colder days. There is also a two-person sofa bed available. The luxurious open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. There are two bedrooms in the house. One of them has two comfortable single box-spring beds arranged for two people, while the other is a children's bedroom with two single beds. In the bathroom, you will find a lovely sun shower and a toilet. Outside, you will find a (covered) terrace along with garden furniture. You will also find your own slide here. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles. There is parking space for one car in the vicinity of the chalet. The Ferienpark Sauerland holiday park offers four different types of cottages, each accommodating four to six people.

However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
