Villa Dunatić is a completely renovated rustic stone house with a swimming pool, categorized with 4-stars, that can accommodate up to seven guests. Villa is the perfect place for vacation in a small traditional and peaceful village Županje on the island of Krk. Traditionally designed in a Mediterranean style, Villa Dunatić offers comfortable and rustic interiors and spacious and cozy surroundings that will make you feel special and comfortable.
If you are looking for a traditional, charming and historical vacation, Villa Dunatić is a perfect choice for you. The interior of the holiday house offers 150 m2. On the ground floor of the house you will find a common room with a kitchen, a dining table for seven people, a guest toilet and a living room and a flat screen TV. From the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor you have direct access to a spacious covered outdoor terrace with a table for seven, as well as a sun terrace and swimming pool. You can also use the stone grill on the outdoor terrace to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals.
On the first floor there is a small, nicely decorated terrace, from which you have direct access to the second dining room of this beautiful holiday house. Next to it is a kitchen. In addition to the dining room, there is also a stylish living room with a sofa, table and a flat screen TV. On this floor are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
In Villa Dunatić on the second floor we find two bedrooms and a second bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed and in the second room there are two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the second bathroom, which is also on the second floor. The whole villa is air-conditioned and has a wi-fi connection.
All bedrooms are prepared for guests with bed linen and towels. If necessary we can also prepare an extra bed for the seventh person.
To make your holiday complete there is a large unique swimming pool in the garden, sun loungers on the sun terrace, a parasol and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered outdoor terrace with a stone grill where you can prepare real Mediterranean food.
