This costal cottage, nestled in ever-popular Beadnell Bay, has been refurbished in 2020, and is perfect for couples and small families all year round.. 1 step to entrance.

Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Allocated parking for 1 car, additional on road parking, 30 yards away. No smoking. Please note: Access to the neighbouring property is through the garden of the property. There is a fenced river in the grounds, 15 yards away.. Sea Winnings is found nestled in a cul-de-sac amongst similar properties, within the heart of the picture-perfect coastal village of Beadnell. Adjacent to an inlet of water, attracting swans and an abundance of birdlife which can be seen from the side garden. The wide expanse of golden sandy beach Beadnell Bay is renowned for, is a short 10-minute stroll away and a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, including sailing, sea kayaking, wind surfing and scuba diving. A small sandy bay speckled with rocky outcrops is close by and leads to a long sandy beach that stretches to Seahouses, 2 miles north. The owners have even provided a handy trug to pack all your requirements and picnic for a day at the beach.
Beadnell is a popular all year round holiday destination and offers local facilities including a well-stocked village shop and family friendly pubs serving good food, all within a gentle stroll. Just 2 miles up the coastline is the traditional fishing port of Seahouses, where boat trips around the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony, departing regularly from its harbour. Here there are also several charming tea rooms, quaint pubs and shops, with horse riding, fishing and golf on the links close by.
A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picturesque village of Bamburgh, which lies snuggled in the shadow of its majestic fortress, with beautiful beach walks and a picture postcard village centre with quaint tea rooms and galleries. Holy Island, ‘the birthplace of Christianity’, and site of Lindisfarne Castle, can be seen from the unspoilt golden, sandy beach. Just a few miles inland is the bustling market town of Alnwick, with its own dramatic castle (and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts). Visitors will enjoy a trip to Alnwick Garden, a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden including the Grand Cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe. Longstone Park is a great place from which to explore, with the whole of Northumberland within easy reach. Beach 300 yards. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
