Beautiful first floor condo in GULF HARBOUR. This condo offers incredible pond views, an outside patio and gas grill, and a spacious lanai that is completely enclosed. This condo has new granite counter tops and back splash in the kitchen. This spacious condo offers 2 master suites. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have there own full bathrooms. Condo is beautifully decorated with a very relaxing beach theme! There is a nice community pool to swim or soak up some sun less than 50 steps from the front door. Fort Myers Beach is only minutes down the road & shopping and excellent restaurants are just walking distance from the condo.

Great stay

The surroundings were picturesque from the lanai and outdoor patio. The condo was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable with the location.

Nice location

Condo is located in Gulf Harbor Condos. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. First floor unit with a patio that overlooks a pond. Great place to barbecue. Pool is conveniently located. Owner very responsive. Condo does sleep 6 which includes 2 inflatable mattresses. ( When we had company we slept on them and they were surprisingly comfortable.) We would definitely stay here again.

property update

Property could use some updating. This is particularly common for the age the property. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced and upgrades to the bathrooms. Other than that we felt comfortable staying there and would do so again if available to rent.

Beautiful Place

The condo is lovely with beautiful view in a great neighborhood and the gated community has beautiful grounds that are always well groomed. Very convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We love it here!
