Brand new luxury apartment - Cala Serena

Brand new luxurious apartment located on elevated ground floor in residential complex Cala Serena that offers great amenities onsite: lovely outdoor swimming pool area with jacuzzi and chill out zone, indoor pool (not heated), sauna, fitness center, as well as meeting room and free Wi-Fi zone. This beautifully decorated three bedrooms apartment perfectly located in famous La Cala town with all amenities only few minutes walk: supermarket, town center with variety of bars and restaurants, sandy beaches and lovely wooden board walk along the beach for 7 kms. La Noria golf just across the road. The house offers all the comfort you would expect from exceptional accommodation!



PLEASE NOTE: the lounge and main bedroom are facing busy road so noise at the terrace is obvious. However all the windows in the apartment are soundproofing for the best noise reduction. There is only slight noise in the master bedroom when windows & electric shutters are closed. Other two bedrooms facing quiet side of the residence.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

Location perfect, apartment very nice and very comfortable. Just a few wee things, plenty of mirrors, but no long mirror....only 1 hairdryer, for a 3 bed apartment..... Not something you can improve, but I wasn't aware of the water drought situation until the week before we arrived.....I booked this beautiful apartment because of the whole package it presented, including the outdoor pool and spa facilities...as someone who hates the beach and loves the pool, this was a very big disappointment. If I had known earlier, I could have looked for a hotel that had pool facilities available.
