Unhygienisch, unsicher, nie wieder

Ich habe keine große Lust, mir all die schlechten Dinge ins Gedächtnis zu rufen. Hier die Sachen, die mir spontan einfallen: - Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Mail sehr schleppend, telefonieren kann er laut eigener Aussage nicht, also nur per SMS. Blöd, wenn man spontan etwas zu klären hat. - Der Code für den Schlüsselkasten sollte einige Stunden vor Anreise verschickt werden, hat mich aber nie erreicht - Zugang zum Haus über Einfahrt mit großer Stolperstelle (an welcher sich meine Frau auch stolperte und sich verletzte), einem sehr engen Durchgang und einem Hinterhof. Einfahrt und Durchgang sind nicht beleuchtet, was in Kombination mit der o.g. Stolperstelle natürlich mehr als unsicher ist. Das Licht im Hinterhof geht manchmal auch erst dann an, wenn man bereits vor der Haustür steht. Im Mini-Hinterhof ist der Lichtschacht zum Keller mit einem zu langem und dafür zu schmalem Lichtgitter abgedeckt – nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis sich hier auch noch jemand verletzt. - In der Nichtraucherwohnung roch es nach Zigarettenrauch - Alle Bilder der Online-Anzeige sind wohl mehrere Jahre alt. Die Wohnung ist deutlich heruntergekommen, im Bad gibt es Stockflecken und die Küche ist so eklig, dass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. - Die Wohnung wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt – hinter und unter den Betten lagen dicke Staubschichten, o.g. Küche wird anscheinend gar nicht gereinigt. Von den zwei geplanten Nächten haben wir nur eine dort verbracht und sind dann lieber früher abgereist.
