This is a wonderful and extremely well equipped 3 bedroom house, with 3 balconies and private terrace with pool.

The whole property has been tastefully and originally decorated, offering a delightful and unique environment for an unforgettable holiday stay.

The lounge is spacious and bright with comfortable and plentiful seating. There is cable TV, free Wi-Fi and even Netflix for nice relaxing moments inside.

The dining area can seat 6 and has view over the pool and terrace.

The kitchen comes with all you might need to cater and take care of your family and friends. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and even a tumble dryer to make day to day chores all the much easier.

There is a coffee and breakfast corner to start off the day in all tranquillity.

The property benefits of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is extraordinarily large and has its own en-suite shower area inside. You have a king-sized bed for extra comfort and access to 2 balconies, one of them with sea view.

The second bedroom has a double bed and access to a vast terrace with sea views.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with a double bed and a window with pool view.

The sofa in the lounge converts into a sofa-bed, allowing 2 persons to sleep there.

Outside on the private terrace you can enjoy the pool and sun-loungers and make the most of the barbecue the owner has kindly provided.

There is parking for 1 car in front of the property.

This is an amazing property located in a calm location, not far from all the fun the beautiful town of Nazaré has to offer but far enough to enjoy nice and quiet moments in all privacy.

Nazare is a very charming, traditional Portuguese seaside town with a population of approximately 13,000. Historically the key form of income for the town was the fishing industry, an industry that is very much present to this day as visitors will see by the numerous lines of fish sun-drying along the beach.

Nazare has become famous worldwide over the past 5 years owing to a unique canyon just off the coast that creates the biggest waves in the world during Oct and November each year. In the summer the waves are small and great for those just having fun. In October and November the waves should be rode by professionals only.

Today tourism is undoubtedly the key industry in Nazare. Given the huge expanses of beautiful beaches and the picturesque cliff-line views, it certainly comes as no surprise that Nazare has such a massive appeal. On the back of the thriving tourist industry a vast number of cafes, bars and restaurants have emerged throughout the town. With numerous restaurants along the sea front, visitors can dine on some fantastic fresh seafood and enjoy the magnificent views.
